This is my second cover. Use them in Florida during rainy season. I personally use black duct tape to close part of the opening over my chest. The winds are strong during some of the storms and I get a little rain blown in, so I tape over part of the velcro and am good to go.

Just a little short
Recently used it on a trip to Disney land where it rained on us for two days. I had rented a scooter so it came in handy. Was just a little short so my feet got wet. It was great other than that and the hood with the mini windshield was perfect!

Quite heavy duty
The material is thick. It is a bit tricky to orient the cover length wise.

I intentionally only orders 1 because it said “2 Pack”… only 1 arrive in packaging!
