Medical Transcription Fundamentals: Where Success Takes Root

I purchased the book for a course I am taking. Whilst it is a great source of information, it is ironic that, as a book on transcription and the importance of grammar, spelling, etc., it contains quite a few spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. The accompanying CD, which contains various support material, also contains errors and omissions.Graphics are well done and chapter organisation is sensible. Overall, not a bad text if you can overlook the minor errors.

No CD. Book written in every blank space. I have the book at least to study and going to try to erase the answers but hopefully will educate me enough to pass the test.

The book had the CD and the Access code as stated. Very happy. I wish all the books would be described to the point.

I purchased this textbook for a college course I was taking. I loved the included CD! It had good real life dictation, and transcription exercises. This book gave me some real transcription experience.

I really didn't need the book, just the cd, and the cd was not included.

Textbook as described

The book came water logged even though the condition was supposed to be good. It came with the CD, but the CD was cracked, so basically useless. My wife needs the book so we will keep it.
