Works poorly with beveled edges
Works poorly on phone with beveled edges, just can't get it to work close to the edge. Shuts off / times out while being used. Just annoying. I tried other manufacturers, all with similar results. Then, I tried a stylus with a disc tip and no charging -- the best, especially on beveled edges.

Easy turn on and off.
Works perfect on my doogee T30 pro. Easy to turn on and off with double tap on top of pen.

Not worth money
The Apple Pencil seems to be working but it started glitching and then I looked at the the nip and the plastic had broken and I tried the replacement nips but they all broke.

Works on phones, tablets etc
Unlike some other pens (pencils or whatever you want to call them), these do actually work on a whole range of phones, tablets etc.It doesn't seem to matter what make, it works on iPhones, Android, iPads, Samsung tablets and probably everything else. They're just the ones we tried it on.It does need to be charged, I don't understand the technology, but there's a double-tap switch on the top end of the pen which shows three small blue lights on the side of the pen when it's active and fully charged. It won't work without being switched on, i.e. it's not just a rubber-tipped pen. There's a small UCB C charging cable in the box. You have to remove the small rubber bung to reveal the charging point on the pen. The bung is likely to be lost over time but I can't see that as being a great problem as you don't normally put rubber bungs in USB ports when they're not being used. So, works fine on everything we've tried it on and it's cheaper than some other makes out there - and obviously lots, lots cheaper than the Apple version. You also get a supply of spare nibs in the pack.Recommended.

Good response time.
This stylus has a good weight and solid feel to it. Response time used in an art app with a Lenovo Yoga tablet was very close to immediate. The tips (of which there are a number of spares included) have a lovely fine point, and you can make really detailed drawings with it.A couple of small niggles: There's a tiny rubber bung to protect the USB-C port which isn't attached to the pen, and I can see this getting easily lost. I'd have preferred to have this tethered to the body of the pen. Also, the on/off function is via a touch-sensitive end tip, and I found myself accidentally switching it on when it was in my bag. It only activates when touched by my hand, not by other items, so it's not a huge issue, but given the kind of places it might get stowed, such as a bag, pencil case with other items or a top pocket, it could easily get touched and switched on without realising, then being out of battery when you need it. Maybe a click switch or a protective case might've helped. These issues aren't deal-breakers, and don't detract from the performance of the pen - I can find a case or make a small bag for it (that will then enable me to keep the pen, charger and replacement tips together and stow the bung when charging to delay its expected loss), but maybe an included bag or hard case might be a nice addition, even if it added a few quid to the price - I think it would still be worth it, even at a slightly extra cost.
