It Does Exactly as Described
Both the safe passenger headrest and the matching driver headrest as adjustable. Both come with shims if needed for the size of the post holes in the seat.Is it rather simple to install, but it requires a bit of patience to get the screws lined up on the safe passenger rest.

No, just NO!! Save your money!
I NEVER TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THINGS.....BUTBIGGEST over priced pieces of crap! I've EVER purchased in my life and I've purchased A LOT of stuff in my 43 years. Good concept... bad execution. I might buy it for $100 at 350 it a waste... SOOOO BAD I THREW THEM AWAY!!!

Space saver
Headrest design is awesome. I have a Ram ProMaster City which dosen't have built in lockups like the Rubicon. Saves space and is more secure than having in overhead compartment. Things not to do when assembling. Don't have a beer or get stoned,. if your mechanically challenged your probably better off having someone else install for you........ Aloha

Meh....
Great concept and set up isn't as bad as they say in the other reviews, however, the lock system sucks! Not easy as the video shows and doesn't open ever time

Worth the money but keep your expectations low.
I will buy these for future vehicles. It’s a great idea but the thumb print reader is trash. The key lock is hard to assess and the charging port cover won’t stay in place. But other than that they look great in the truck and the keypad lock is great. It’s a great place to put a shadow system mr920 a couple extra mags and some extra cash.

Lighter than described - $70 fee to return it
I ordered a dark grey fabric headrest but it was much lighter than expected. I would have described it as light grey, not dark. It was a Christmas present and there was no button on Amazon allowing me to return it. I contacted the company and they responded quickly that I should be able to exchange it but didnt follow up when I responded that there was no option online. I sent a message to Amazon with no response too. Ive tried calling the company but they dont answer and voice mail isn't setup. All I want is to exchange it for Charcoal. I would think that would be easy enough.Update. I finally reached Amazon by phone and they wouldn't let me exchange it, but I could return it which I did. I had planned on reordering it with a different color until today when I got notification that my credit was being processed minus a $70 restocking fee.

Awesome customer service!
I am a little challenged with installing thing and get frustrated fast. I sent a message and Louis called me quickly and got me helped with the programming. Great product and like the security aspect of keeping my gun safe and also keeping my headrest from getting stolen with anti theft system.

Needs improvement...
Purchased passenger and drivers units - 2011 ToyotaPros: cool ideaCons:- Price- They do look a little large and goofy- Instructions for driver side do not exist - not a big deal but the mounting plate is glued to the headrest bottom making it a tad confusing.- Some engineering of the headrest(s) was 'good' but a lot of it falls very short.- The headrest rods absolutely do NOT engage the adjustment detent on either headrest. Not only that, they are different on each unit - the drivers side had noticeably deeper machined detents but they do not engage regardless. Yes, plastic sleeves installed correctly...- Did not install the headrest lock wall anchor because - dumb... smh- Even with the appropriate rod adapters the clearance between the rod and the inner part of the plastic adapter allows for too much movement of the headrest. It's a little floppy. Had to modify this as well...- The square metal piece (top of the rods) should have come in flat black -- they visually stick out.I'll be painting them myself.- To go with above statement - the headrests sit to high on their apparatus. I'm sure this was a compromise to allow compatibility with many seat manufacturers but still... the attachment 'plates are too visible. I will probably modify this with some custom 'vinyl skirt'.- Tapered allen bolts and other allen bolts were okay but are prone to stripping in amateur hands. I would have preferred a decent metric nut and bolt scenario. Yes, it can be done.- No answer on customer service number and no voice mail set up- seriously?I did, and will modify stuff a bit more, but as they are supplied I cannot recommend.
