Q: What is the shelf life for 1 gallon of spf 50?

We used the same gallon for two years at the pool and it has worked great.

The FDA does not allow any product to make a claim of "water proof" so, legally the highest standard you can claim is "water resistant to 80 minutes" This sunscreen meets that standard. That is, if you are in constant contact with water, you should reapply after each 80 minutes. It is excellent for active sports/running, water sports as it does not run into eyes, or wash off/break down in water (for at least 80 minutes!).

Q: What happened to the pump version of this? I saved it originally as spf 50 with pump..

Yes - SPF Rx brand quarts and gallons ALWAYS come with a pump on the side; Just take the twist cap off and insert pump when you get it.

Q: What percent of zinc oxide is in this sunscreen?

The SPORT formulations don't contain zinc oxide. That ingredient is in the SPF Rx Mineral formulations.
