This product works wonders at amplifying and relaying sound to those hard of hearing. I ordered these for my grandmother who had been struggling with hearing loss for a while, she was so thrilled to be able to hear and more effectively communicate with her grandchildren and others! I am so pleased with this product and its reliable function. They are simple to use seeing as they are equipped with easy to use USB charging and is very convenient as well easy to operate. The ear buds themselves are also very comfortable, it is as if they mold to your ear. Over all this product’s sound amplifying features and accessibility range(especially for the elderly) are very helpful and definitely worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased two other hearing aids that I ended up returning because they didnt work well, would squeal out of the blue, or the stability was inconsistent. Almost giving up, I purchased these hearing aids and WOW, they worked! They are comfortable, tiny, and I can hear things I could not hear before. I've had them for almost two months and had no issues. What's also great about these is the price point; I paid a lot more for the other two I ended up returning. I'm really pleased about the quality of this hearing aids, especially for the price! If you have any hearing loss, get these. Not only are they reliable but they will open up a whole new world to you.

This hearing aid really works as described. I purchased it from Amazon and it was delivered as promised. The manual is very explicit and has pictures for illustration. It comes with different sizes of earplugs for your convenience. It also comes with wax guard and cleaning brush. The product has volume control that you can easily adjust. I truly love this hearing aid. It’s my second hearing aid and it does not use batteries like my previous. It also comes with mirror that’s neatly attached to the charging case. The mirror comes handy. I use it to see and adjust the device in my ears. I also love the black color because it looks like a wireless Bluetooth earbud device rather than hearing aid.The audio quality is amazing. I can finally participate in conferences and hear everybody loud and clear. TV is no longer too loud. I’ll definitely recommend it. The price is very reasonable compared to other hearing aids at the doctor’s clinics.

I work in an OR and bought these to help me hear the surgeon better however all I could hear was the hum and white noise of the room making it even harder to hear voices. If you are just sitting in a quiet room watching tv or talking to one person these probably work fine but any background noise is picked up and made super loud.

DO NOT buy these hearing aids. I purchased these for my 102 year old mom twice now. She has very small ears and these are interchangeable. This means they will both fit in her right larger ear. They are great as far as hearing. She literally goes from not even listening to us, to smiling and talking. However, they supply 3 replacement filters. I just tried to contact the seller to find out where I can find the correct size filter and even Amazon CS has no contact information! I was told to return them. I told them these would last me 3 months, are you telling me to just return them once a month? Then I was put on hold and hung up on. Funny since this was a call from Amazon CS to me, but they didn't call back.

I liked this very much when it first arrived but one has totally died just about at 8 weeks and past the return date. I would NOT recommend

These hearing aids amplify sound and I only need one at a time at a low setting. They help hear better as I have constant humming and ringing in my ears. They fit fine also. I wish they came in flesh tone or clear. The black is very obvious to see. Worth the price certainly!

These work great for watching TV and simple communication between two people. They have adjustable volume control to the level of sound needed. I have moderate hearing loss and have the volume turned way up to hear well, with these my wife can whisper and the TV is hard for her to hear, she actually asked me to turn it up! Overall for the price, is a very good product. Hearing the birds, the fridge, traffic are all things I hear now so be prepared for some new sounds as well.I don’t wear them eating, too loud.Haven’t been in public yet.Having spent much more for little improvements on my last couple of hearing aids makes them worth it.If you or someone you love doesn’t hear so well the Z-127C in the ear hearing aid may be the answer.Package contains extra earbuds, a brush, and replaceable wax rings and instructions. Case is also the charger which has lasted over a week in my case, probably longer.
