These magnets are brilliant for securing hats to handbags or rucksacks. I was a bit sceptical at first but when they came I was so pleased. I got one for me and one for the husband as he’s always mislaying his hats on holiday. The design is cute and the magnet is really effective.

Pretty clip and it holds my hat.

These are a bit bigger than I expected, but look well made and easily hold my hat firmly. Useful for hanging a hat up on a hook indoors, as well as on a bag when out and about. The magnets are very strong - it was a little difficut to prise them apart to get the hat in, but it gives me confidence it will stay put. I have bought more as I think they will make ideal stocking fillers for friends who like hats.

Hat kept falling off

​I have been looking for a clip to hold my hat on to my handbag for a while now and was very pleased to have the opportunity to test these two hat clips.Both of the clips have the same design of a panda face in white on the front and back of the clip. The magnet is very strong (which it needs to be to ensure it firmly grips the brim of the hat) and takes a little persuasion to open. The gold ring opens by pushing down on the ring just to the side of the hinge, allowing you to hook it onto a handbag / backpack strap.The design will certainly appeal to younger children and may encourage them to keep their hat safe and available.Not especially cheap at £9.99 for two, but weighed against that is the convenience of having the hat available when not in use and the cost of replacing a misplaced or lost hat. I would recommend these clips for someone who wants to have their hat readily available when travelling or easily accessible when hung from a coat rack.

These look quite adorable and can fix onto the handle or strap of a bag (or perhaps a pushchair somewhere) quite easily by pushing the metal ring.They are well made and the magnet strength is very strong - it takes a firm grip to separate for use.

These hat clips are going to be very useful for me. There's a carabiner attachment so you can fasten them to your bag or backpack. Two strong magnets then hold the front and back of the clips together, and you can sandwich the brim or your hat, or the side of your hat between those, so you can take your hat off and then attach it to your bag without worrying about dropping it, or losing it, or having your hands full. The magnets are pretty strong - I have to use some force to part them.I tried the clips with my straw hat, and they worked wonderfully (I've included a photo of that.) I tried them with one of my baseball caps. I wouldn't suggest attaching it to the brim of the cap where there's a hard and smooth surface, because it'll be more secure to attach it to the cloth sides instead where the magnets can find their best grip through the malleable fabric. When I did that, I could easily lift my baseball hat up by the attached clip, and it felt securely held in place.I then tried the clips with 2 different scarves. One thin, cotton scarf, which was easily held in place. And then a thicker scarf with a wool-like fabric. I think if your scarf is not too heavy, and if it's not too smooth in texture then there's a decent grip provided by these clips as well. So now I also have the option to clip a scarf to my bag, which is great because I don't want to accidentally forget or leave behind a scarf when I take it off.I also tried the clips with a wool-like fabric pair of gloves. A single clip won't hold both gloves at the same time, because the quadruple thickness of the fabric is a bit too much for it to firmly grip through. But it will hold a single glove securely enough. And there are 2 clips in this order, so I can also attach both gloves to a bag that way. Again, that is super useful when I'm putting my gloves on, and then taking them off to go into cafes, or restaurants, or whatever.The design of the clips is simple and cute, and it's nice to have a choice of brown or black. You could give one away to a friend, or keep both to match your accessories, or use both at the same time (as I plan to do with my gloves.) The PU leather feels luxurious, and the stitching on that looks to be of good quality, as does the gold coloured carabiner clip. Given the usefulness of these clips, their good quality construction and the fact that you get 2 different ones in a single order, I think the £9.99 price is justified.

Simple but effective design that allows you to hook your hat onto a bag handle or belt loop, you can also use them to hang your hat on coat hooks as well. The PU leather disks are attracted by quite powerful magnets so when placed either side of your hat brim they clamp on, you can then use the spring loaded clasp to fasten around a bag strap or belt hook. Cute bear images add the the charm.
