I bought this product based on reviews. My child has PWS and over the years we have tried different brands of NAC with varying degrees of success. Due to an increase in skin picking over the past year, my son’s psychiatrist recommended trying NAC again at a higher dosage. Once we titrated up to his recommended dose, I noticed a decrease in skin picking almost immediately. I can’t tell you how much relief this gave both my son and I. He has been on this product for about four months, and he rarely skin picks unless he is extremely anxious or very bored. The pill itself is large however, my 11 year-old has no problem swallowing it. I am so thankful for this product and often recommend it to other families suffering from PWS. I plan to keep my son on this indefinitely.

I've been taking NAC for several years for enhanced immune support. I trust the Nutricost brand to provide high quality ingredients in their supplements at a reasonable price.

Been taking this since December 30th, 2025 and I was skeptical about this at first but It has proven itself to me as I do notice a positive change from this, enough that when I miss a day I can tell. I seem to have less brain fog and can stay focused on current tasks instead of jumping from task to task and not competing the previous task. My OCD tendencies have lessened significantly since taking it but I do still have urges. I feel as if I have more energy than before starting this as I get decent sleep during the night since it helps take the brain fog away. They do smell slightly unpleasant but don’t seem to have a taste. I must admit when I got recommended this my first thought was great another medication to add to my system that won’t benefit me. I was wrong, a natural supplement we already have and get from proteins we eat daily. 10/10 recommend

Works so well! I was congested and as soon as I took this my mucus was draining! Was definitely happy with the results and this will replace Mucinex for me going forward. The pill is easy to swallow and doesn't have a taste or odor.

These supplements seem to be effective for the reason I purchased them. The capsules are quite large and have a distinct odor, but that's not unique to this brand of NAC supplement.

Comencé a tomarlas como siempre, una por la mañana y una por la noche, pero noté que no me hacían efecto como la marca que generalmente tomo. Se me ocurrió dejar que la cápsula se disolviera en mi boca y noté que no sabe lo suficientemente ácido ni lo suficientemente a "hule quemado". Además otra de las cápsulas que disolví en mi boca sólo sabía a harina de arroz. No recomiendo esta marca.
