I bought this for my 83 year old mother to have. She loved it and I loved that it was broken down into small batches of pieces that could only go in one area versus having to solve and entire puzzle at once. I helped her do this every day and together we truly enjoyed it.

I like this a lot. I got this as an activity to be with the kids. It turns out to be a lot of fun.

The kids were so excited to receive this for Advent this year, but it quickly became a big frustration for all of us. We are only on day 3 and Box #1 is missing 5 pieces and Box #2 is missing 1 piece. Need to work on quality control and then I’d give this puzzle 5 stars

Bought this for Christmas and made my kid sad. The picture was grainy, but the worst part was missing pieces, but we didn't find out until day 8, 14 & up. When we had the first missing piece, we were willing to overlook it. After the second, my kid thought they might be in another box or in the end so we kept going. When we encountered the 3rd box, my kid got frustrated and lost hope and interest in this activity. We opened a few more boxes to see if the missing pieces might be in them. They were not. I returned it and requested a refund.Positives: The pieces were nice sized. We like how there were numbered boxes for each day with a small section to complete.

This Christmas Advent Calendar 2023 Jigsaw Puzzles 1008 Pieces featuring the Mickey Mouse gang is a great find and would make a charming gift and/or new holiday tradition. We grabbed this when we had the chance because we are big fans of Walt Disney World, Epcot, and love the holidays. The box is well done, nicely constructed, and should last with care - meaning you'll be using it for many years. Inside you'll find the individual day boxes to take you through December - or if you want, dump the individuals and only use the outer box. You're preference. We love the idea of doing a little each day and helping get us ready for the Christmas season.There is a large foldable picture you can use to help see what the puzzle will look like. I suppose you could use it to make the puzzle on, but you'd have to work to get it fully flattened first. All the materials here are good, strong, and should last, so that's a nice bonus - nothing feels cheap. The picture is excellent. And while it does lend itself to the holidays, we don't think it should "only" be a holiday puzzle. For Disney fans or travelers, there is something going on here to get your attention.The puzzle pieces are broken up to make a small section each day - it seems manageable for older children and adults, but this is not for small children and the pieces could be a choking hazard. The nice thing is they printed the number of the day on the back of each piece, however, the ONE CON here is that those numbers are NOT well printed on the backs. As you can see, they only printed a few on each piece and they are often cut off. We have another Advent Calendar that has done this aspect far better, with numbers running the length of the back - this only having a couple which are cut off makes it far harder to see the numbers. I suppose you can use the idea of where in the puzzle you're removing them from - we THINK it goes together starting top left and works its way down "row by row" to the bottom - so that might help divide them up by day. But in the end, we don't feel - for us - that it's a deal breaker on the puzzle.Overall we are very pleased and looking forward to many years of enjoying this Christmas Advent Calendar 2023 Jigsaw Puzzle.

Was excited to do this for advent. On day 5 and 2 of the boxes are missing a piece. Too late to return as I bought it a couple months before the holidays. Very disappointing.

My 10-year-old Grandson and I got to work on this on a daily basis for Xmas, he enjoys puzzles, and having the sections in boxes to complete daily made it something to look forward to. It helps younger kids to be able to put together because each section comes in a small box which connected to the section before.

I am impressed by this puzzle. An advent puzzle is a great alternative to candy advent traditions because the whole family can get in on the fun each day.When you open the box the beautiful poster lays out the picture and allows you to choose a space large enough to leave the puzzle laid out for the season because the poster is the same size as the finished puzzle.Each of the smaller numbered boxes are sturdy and decorated with additional holiday print. Each small box contains about 40 pieces which is just enough for a quick puzzling experience everyday leading up to the holiday without taking over your busy evenings.The pieces are well made, sturdy, and the picture is glossy and beautiful. Each piece is printed with the number on the back, which means at the end of the season you can pack up and reuse it for next year. However, this is so much fun, I may want to buy a new picture for next year. I would recommend this to anyone who loves puzzles, the holiday countdown, or a family looking for a fun advent that the whole family can participate in each night. Also just a really nice puzzle too.
