It Must Never Happen Again: The Lessons Learnt from the Short Life and Terrible Death of Baby P

I knew about this horrific story before purchasing the book but thought I might get to read more about the perpetrators but sadly not.The majority of the book is centred around the service providers failings and a lot about government reports which you can find online.Got a bit tedious reading the reports which I must admit, I skipped through.I suppose the title explains that though.

I HAVE A LARGE COLLECTION OF BOOK ON MANY SUBJECTS AND BEFORE I READ THIS BOOK, I HAD ONLY ONCE HAD TO PUT A BOOK DOWN AND STOP READING IT BECAUSE IT MADE ME SO ANGRY THAT I FELT PHYSICALLY SICK. WHAT THAT POOR, BEAUTIFUL LITTLE BOY SUFFERED WAS BEYOND HORRIFIC AND MAKES YOU THINK THAT IF THERE IS A GOD - THEN WHY WAS THIS ALLOWED TO TAKE PLACE? BE WARNED - THIS BOOK ID NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED.

Don’t know why i bought this book, considering how upset i was when i read about the case in the papers. It was too disturbing and upset me a lot. I couldn’t finish it.

Recieved this and all the book is damaged all the pages are creased wasn't very happy

Really good insight into understanding the distorted psychological thought process of disturbed children. Very tragic story of the events that occurred to this unfortunate child.

Wasnt much extra in this book than was in the papers/online at the time & quite repetitive

This tragic story will break your heart,the true facts about how this baby was so let down by almost everyone is beyond belief. Its definatately a stoty we should all learn from.
