Use it on hair, skin and nails. Seems to have strengthened my hair and nails. Also, pleased with how soft the skin on my face has become - no dry patches now at all and, when having a facial, different therapists have said that my skin is in good condition and not at all dehydrated which was always the case in the past. Have used it with a compress pack on my tummy to aid in detoxification. Yet to assess if that works or not.

Although the flannel is Cotton it's also 10% Spandex which is toxic. Caster Oil Packs need to be 100% organic cotton 👍

Basically what the title says. It does what it's supposed to do and it doesn't leak. I went to sleep with this on and my water bottle was slipping so I tucked it under pajama pants carefully and it all stayed in place. And it's so weird to me that this does work to detoxify the liver. I am a chronically ill person on morphine and detoxing the liver is something I should do. I distinctly remember waking up the next day and as soon as I had some food the nausea described in instruction manuals hit me full time. This smaller pad that's meant to be soaked in castor oil can be washed, it takes a bit longer to dry, but that is understandable, it's made of fabric that is supposed to stop it from leaking onto other layers of clothing. The belt itself is also washable, it does stay in place, I did like the small buttons and the stretching fabric with holes to attach it securely. It does move easily, just a perfect castor oil pack. And yeah I liked the pink color. The whole product looks exactly as advertised and that's always a plus.

Personally I am using these for liver and thyroid detox. It's important to do your own research as to how to go about using a castor oil pack for such a detox as this does not come with any guidance or instructions on the subject.The sizing chart of waist range being between 19-45 inches seems accurate although with a little effort you could easily create an extension yourself if needed by using some extra 3cm wide elastic and adding a button and a button hole to it.
