My new wellies are quite tight round the ankle which makes them difficult to get off but with this I have no problem.It sits next to the back door and makes a lovely as well as functional garden ornament.

La entrega fue a tiempo, el producto es bonito, pero el hueco es tan ancho que no sirve para quitar una bota de un ancho normal de mujer. A mi sobra más del doble con lo cual no hace su función ya que no "sujeta" la bota para poder tirar de ella. No sirve, solo como "objeto decorativo"

My son got this for my wife because she loves to wear boots, but hates taking them off at the end of the day.Thanks to this nice and heavy boot puller she has no problem taking off her boots.The puller is very heavy and doesn't move around. The foot rest behind the grip has some raised spots, but my wife's foot is an 8 and easily fits on it without being rubbed wrong.The rusted finish looks real nice and continues to have a nice rustic look.No problems observed with messing up her boots either, but unlike me she is a soft touch.I don't use it myself as I just use my feet to pull mine off so I don't have anything to add from a gentlemen's point of view.

Meine diversen, stramm sitzenden Sendra-Stiefel haben bereits einige hölzerne Stiefelknechte zerstört, schlichtweg zerbrochen. Daher habe ich diesen bestellt, obwohl ich den Kommentar mit der zu großen Öffnung gelesen habe. Als er dann kam, hatte ich genau das gleiche Problem. Wenn man die Ferse bzw. den Absatz gerade einführt - wie man es bei den engen, hölzernen Knechten macht - klappt es nicht, da die Öffnung breiter als der Stiefel ist und so keinen Halt bietet. Zunächst war ich schwer enttäuscht, doch habe ich nicht so schnell aufgegeben... Dann hatte ich den Bogen raus: der Stiefel muss schräg eingeführt werden, wobei der Schuh nach innen zeigt (X-beinig). Dann hält der Knecht den Schuh mit der einen Nase am Innenschuh und mit der Rundung an der Ferse perfekt fest. Somit ist der Knecht sogar für wirklich jede Stiefelgröße geeignet, da der Winkel, mit dem man den Schuh einführt, beliebig ist. Dazu sieht er gut aus und ist vermutlich unzerstörbar. Allerdings hätte ich einen Punkt abgezogen, weil keinerlei Anleitung dabei ist, die einem die richtige Handhabung erklärt. Ich habe allerdings auf den Punktabzug verzichtet, da das schon ein anderer Rezensent erledigt hat.Klare Kaufempfehlung!
