Keep your tattoo pen clean
This is a nice set of supplies to help keep your tattoo pen clean while in use. I have used the plastic covers before, and they do a nice job keeping things clean and sanitary, but this also includes some grip tape to make it easier to hold. It's soft and stretchy and helps to keep the covers in place and makes it easier and more comfortable to hold. I've had issues with the covers getting a little slippery so this solves that problemThis comes with 300 covers and 5 yards of the grip tape so this should last me a good while since I only tattoo as a hobby. It also includes a holder to put the pen on which comes in handy and fits my pen perfectly

Machine covers and more
The machine covers fit both of my machines and they are pretty durable as well. The machine holder is rubber and does not slide around on your work surface and holds the machine off of the work surface and has spots to put ink caps as well. Grip tape does a great job of securing the machine cover to the machine.
