Great product!
This rack went together easily and looks great. Exactly as advertised. The top panel did end up with a crack during shipping, but customer service was very responsive and is sending a replacement. Definitely recommended.

Great solution for board protection and deck mess
This rack was purchased to hold wake surfboards ( as well as wake boards, water skis, etc.) on a houseboat. It is difficult to keep all of the equipment accessible yet stowed out of the way as well as protected. This rack was fairly easy to assemble, and fit perfectly in front of the non opening area of a smaller sliding glass door. The rack stands nicely on its own, but because it is on the open deck of a boat it will encounter rough weather and waves so I used two of the board securing straps to anchor the rack to the wall. Using them didn't cange the ability to secure all four board positions because all of the straps are adjustable so the remaining two straps will cover two or more spaces. The wood is a lighter weight wood like bamboo. There are thin adhisive padding pieces that go in the back curve of each board holder. Each holding space is very wide (wider than our equipment requires). This rack cleaned up the back deck, protected the equipment, and looks nice too!

Excellent rack
Took my chance with this rack because it didn't have a lot of review but it turned out to be a good decision. It's very well designed and was very easy to put together because the pieces are labeled. They fit together perfectly unlike the last surfboard rack I got from Amazon.

Great stand-alone vertical board rack
My preferred method of storing surfboards is horizontally. I don't have enough room or a wall to anchor into for this method, so I was left with a vertical standing rack option instead. If you are competent in assembling Ikea or flat-pack furniture, this is a breeze. If not, welcome to the world of slightly confusing instructions. The rack was easy to assemble for me, but I definitely see how it could be cumbersome for someone new to assembling furniture. The bamboo is a really nice material and holds up to moisture and water well. I used wood glue in some of the places to keep water out and to make the rack stronger. My longest board is 9' feet and the rack is stable enough to hold it without toppling over. Not sure if I could say the same thing if this was exposed to the wind, but it is solid on my balcony. Other than that design over-site, this rack is perfect! My biggest issue with the rack is the base is pretty slick and the tails of my. boards slide a bit. I recommend putting something down here for some padding and grip like a little ribber or neoprene. I stuck on padded rubber drawer protectors to keep my boards protected and in place.

Annoying Assembly but Nice Design
The assembly for this product was not super clear. The numbers of each board are carved into them, which is helpful, but some of the guide holes were slightly off. The bottom board didn't fit correctly because one little section wasn't cut quite far enough. I ended up having to get a rubber mallet to try to very carefully get things into place without breaking anything. One of the little indentation strips on the bottom portion came off during assembly, but that doesn't really affect the use of the product. They do provide a full-size screwdriver, which is nice. I couldn't figure out where the rubber strips go, but I went back to the listing to find out (spoiler alert, they go in the back of each curved indentation at the top). Once built, this looks really nice. I like that it is freestanding and sturdy. I am using it in the garage to store our family's skis and snowboards and it's perfect for that purpose.
