As with everyone else here the system came with an Eu plug, however when reading the reviews it is easy to see this is the case and as such easy to prepare for. Easy to connect up (either with an adapter or wiring it into a uk plug. Now the sound. Some reviews mention placement and excessive base. I used placed the speakers sat on my desk either side of my monitor ( which is raised 50mm/5cm/2" approx off the desk). The speakers have a good range of sound especially for satellite speakers. To ensure that the best audio is possible ensure that windows 10 sees the satalites as real speakers otherwise you will not get the full range of sound.I have tested the bass on various music styles and it does get boosted on bass heavy songs, however that is how they were meant to be heard. On Jazz there is very little bass and on pop/rock there is a good amount but even on rnb and other bass heavy songs it is not overpowering (you can tell it is there though). I have not had to turn this up to even half power yet ( always better to let the computer volume control be higher than the speaker).The system works wonderfully and the only downside is that the plug is eu not uk ( i knocked off a star for that only)

The sound quality is great and enough for my small office room. Only complaint is that it comes with European 2 pin plug, so I'll need a UK adapter, and mine didn't come with instructions how to plug it in, only a tiny little diagram on the box. In my excitement and rush I plugged it in wrong, and my volume control didn't work and there was a crackle in the audio.If you find your volume is really low, volume control doesn't work, or if there is audio crackle, you might have plugged it in wrong like I did. Plug in the cable from the speakers to the bass box. Cable from bass box goes into your computer. That will do it.

Good looking, not in your face provides good sound for PC. Cable between speakers needs to be longer

Well it looks good and it sounds OK - there's a very slight crackle which is irritating to me but hold on I've jumped ahead of myself, lets rewind a moment or two. Imagine handing the box maybe to your little one, the excitement as they rip it open to plug it into their PC or Playstation. Now whats this, a 2 pin plug - hmmmmm Logitech were in the UK think you could give us the correct plug.Now I know what your thinking, no real bother I have one of those plug converter thingys, job done, except every one I had and I had 6 for some reason was 1amp and this is isn't, so scissors to the 2 pin plug, screwdriver out, wire strippers to the ready, fit 3 pin plug with 3 amp fuse and were finally readySo much for plug and play

Product has no BASS adjustment so when connecting to ports it's make loud buzzing sounds, you have to manually keep lowering the sound every time, I think it even does it while installed (into audio jack) upon booting from even a high quality sound card (Soundblaster AE5 and G6). Read other reviews... power apparently dies after a while. Not worth money IMO, doesn't even come with a speaker cover and it's fully exposed and can be completely punctured as it's only thin card, Pff.

Bought this after looking after the reviews, and although a few put negative ones on as the system has a two pin plug i simply tested it out with a shaver plug to check it works. If you are an adult and cant put a 3 pin socket on the end of the lead then go home with your toys!The first song i tried this out on was ABACAB by GENESIS. My ears have not been the same since. The BASS is terrific and if you get your sub- woofers in the correct location on your desk the sound from this baby is so powerful.Remember all, if you are connecting this to a laptop like me, ensure you go to your laptop settings for audio and set the equalizer for surround sound.Im in a good sized home office and the sub-woofers are on my desk each side of my lug holes and the BASS unit is under the desk if this helps?

this is my second set of this speaker system - can't fault it for value for money.You can't alter the base.First lot lasted nearly 10 years. Totally adequate.

To be totally honest, I’m one of the people that didn’t read the description properly. I see other reviewers moaning that it is a 2 pin plug ie an EU version. Yes it is. But, if you read the heading/title of the speakers it clearly says ‘2 Pin EU Plug’. But, this is easily rectified with a adapter for a fiver. If you do buy this speaker set make sure you get the UK version.The sound quality is brilliant and the bass is great. They are really loud too. The wiring is plenty long enough to push the speakers far apart and all in all I’m really happy with my purchase.
