The plastic is unrefined and unpainted - making it look tacky, it’s too slick to keep things from sliding right out when accelerating, the shape is not flush enough with the surface it sticks to so it falls out of place easily - waisting the tape, and the edges stick up over the knee pads making it look even more tacky.However, there is nothing else like it available, so it’s worth getting if you modify it some. I plan to Dremel/sand the sides down to be more flush with the contours of the console, paint it to match the interior, glue a fitted piece of suede to the top to keep things from sliding easier, and use better 3m tape to adhere it.
