Expensive but worth the money especially if you have dry skin

This is a great, non-greasy body and hand moisturizer that provides long-lasting relief of dry skin. It's a bit pricey, but a little goes a long way. It's worth it.

The eczema on my hands is annoyed when I use chemicals of any sort. Normally I would use prescriptions to ease the irritation. Amlactin lotion virtually eliminates the need for prescription medication. If I use it once or twice a day, I almost always have clear skin.

No dry skin.

Suffered for almost two years with horrible folliculitis on both lower legs. So many dermatologist visits, biopsies, multiple prescription creams, nothing worked. Legs looked horrible and after two years, I gave up going to the dr, figured this is it. Have to live with it. I read that AmLactin (which my dr never recommended) helped with it so I figured I'd try it. Used daily but didn't see anything happening. About two months later, I looked at my legs and realized that the folliculitis was GONE. Don't know when it happened, but it worked when nothing else did. So happy and relieved. I can wear shorts and capris this summer without having to worry that people think I have some contagious skin condition. I am a very grateful and happy customer.

Helps with dry skin

I love this stuff. Never switching back to regular lotion. I have ichthyosis vulgaris, meaning the top layer of my skin has a very hard time shedding on its own. So I usually have that dull, shiny-yet-still-dry appearance to my skin, especially my calves. With this stuff my skin feels and looks amazingly smooth. It positively GLOWS! I also don’t hardly get any ingrown hairs anymore from shaving my legs while using this stuff. I’m so, so happy with the results, and have been using it for two years now.The only drawbacks are the smell, which is rather chemical-like and reminiscent of hair dye, and then obviously the price. However, I believe it’s absolutely worth every single penny.

The Amlactin arrived promptly and as scheduled. It has a plunger bottle. The plunger works, so after shaking it the customer can immediately dispense it.
