Amazing product! I am a big fan of Viridian because there's literally 0 chemicals in their products! As it says on their jars "free from lactose, added sugar, salt, yeast, preservatives or artificial colourings. Non - irradiated" I am an ocd freak with my health and read every label of products I buy! And theres literally ZERO nasties! its 100% naturalI decided to purchase these as I am terrible some days with eating greens, and thought these would be a good idea to purchase, as they are organic.The list of ingredients are as follows:Organic Spirulina (125mg)Organic wheatgrass (87.5mg)Organic Barleygrass (87.5mg)Organic Alfalfa leaf (87.5mg)Organic Seagreens Wild Wrack Seaweed (50mg)Organic Chlorella (broken cell wall) (37.5mg)Vegetarian cellulose capsule (120mg)So not only are They chlorophyll-rich which increases blood-cell production, and improves oxygenation, detoxification and circulation... But apparently these particular greens are good for decalcifying the pineal gland which is hardened through excessive use of fluoride... (fluoride is often in tap water, and toothpaste... use charcoal powder for teeth! Or biowhite toothpaste!) But yeah.. I'm guessing the fact these super healthy greens decalcifies the pineal gland is perhaps why they call this particular product "soul" food greens??Needless to say I have used these beside the "clear skin complex" also by viridian and my skin has never looked so healthy! Good way to get vitamins and minerals from natural sources. Using this instead of the multivitamins. Super fast delivery, glass bottle and sealed. Don't irritate my stomach like some supplements on the market. Will buy again 👍

This was highly recommended in the Sunday Times. Nutritionists are praising it - it seems so I am taking it for a week or so. It has to do me some good, it is organic and an easy way to get my vitamins and greens. Of course all the time trying to have a healthy diet as well!

Good product, kind of energy booster.

I'm always on the look out for healthy products, I read about this in a magazine as being a good supplenment that can be used in place of a multivitamin, I have only been taking it for about a couple weeks, so I can't really vouch for its effectiveness yet. However it arrived in plenty of time, it looks very organic and the capsules are quite large containing a good a amount of supergreens.

I can tell if I stop these so they must fo the trick!
