The reviews are super hard to understand until you have went thru the process. Let me make it simpler in my opinion.... if you could know that egg whites could be irritating your body and possibly worsening a skin issue, whould you want to know!? For me its a YES!!! I definitely wanted to know what am I eating that could be irritating my body/skin. This test was perfect for me. Its not an exact end to all my problems, but a start of a new journey. At least I know a few possibilities to test out. Thank you so much for this easy to read and understand test!

Test was easy to use, and results took about a week. I received a text message when results were ready to review. The results seemed accurate as I knew a few foods that I was already sensitive to and learned of a few others as well. Would recommend to anyone interested in learning of any foods or environmental things causing sensitivity.

I am preparing my body for my first pregnancy and decided to take this test to get a snapshot of my health at its current state. I have never taken an intolerance test before, but the process for this test was very simple and straight forward. There were slight issues with the return address, and so it took about 15 days to receive my results. However, the results were very insightful into key factors that can lead to inflammation in my body. Upon registering my kit, I paid for the additional packages to look at additional health factors. I feel much more equipped and knowledgeable of what foods can lead to inflammation in the body, as well as where I can make improvements to increase certain micronutrients and reduce stress.

This test was so easy. The instructions were easy and thorough, and I got my results back in about a week. I now know which foods to avoid to prevent inflammation in my body. It also suggests supplements to take to improve your health, though they're not pushy about you buying them.I also know which vitamins I'm deficient in and will repeat the test once I increase those vitamin levels.Highly recommend this if you're trying to lose weight or just feel your best!

Positive:-The company kept me informed of the progress of my order.-The instructions were detailed, but easy to follow.- The report was very comprehensive. The links within the reports takes you to a a website that explains the report in detail.- I was a little wary because of the reviews about the samples nit being received. It did take longer than I expected for the sample to be received (7 days from Calif), but they uploaded my full report within the 72 hour time frame.Overall, I was very happy with the test and will likely use it again.That said, the following areas could use some minor tweaking:-It would be easier to read the reports if the food items were arranged off alphabetically within each category. For example, "quince" appeared first in the list of fruits whereas "apple" was buried in the middle of the list.- At least one item appear in more than one category with conflicting results. For example, parsley was listed as a vegetable in the green (neutral food) category, but was listed again as an herb/spice in the yellow (mildly inflammatory) category. It is difficult to know how to interpret this apparent discrepancy.I think both of these issues can be easily addressed through software.
