Pretty sturdy, hold phone secure and hasn't let me down yet Simple to use and install. Lightweight and allows easy rotation that doesn't then slip out of alignment. Sure you could get something slightly less wobbly for more money, but this is a great value product. I'd buy again and recommend.

The protuding hook at the back that is meant to be holding onto the car fan or something, is not a good idea for most cars. It broke one of my fans.Otherwise, it is easy to put the phone on and off, but due to the position of the whole thing as mentioned above, it can slant downwards a bit. Good quality and durable.

A really practical and well-made product. The translucent cradle back means that the phone holder doesn't dominate your eye line when the phone is not in situ.Seems robust and strong enough for day-to-day use.

Works well but is a bit flimsy, the thing that tightens / secures the stand in place snapped after a few weeks and didn’t go tight so it kept dropping a bit. I’ve had to glue it back together

It's a very simple device. Hooks into the air vent and is secured tightly by a quarter turn of a ring. It's really small compared to other phone holders which is great. It also operates very easily. Just put the phone on the little ledge at the bottom and gently press the side panels in. To release, just push a little button in the back. I have a large phone with acaaec with a cover and it fits in fine. And it is remarkably sturdy. My phone doesn't move and has never fallen.One note - I have a Toyota Camry, and as others have written, the hook is too short to connect the device to the center vent, which for some reason has much wider flaps than the vent on the side. So I had to connect it to the vent on the side, between the steering wheel and the driver side door.
