Good for practice
I had to go and teach families how to inject their child, but the kit no longer came with the training piece. It helped with teaching laypeople to give a needle.

Good for practice, but you'll get wet
I love the size and portability of this, as it's been helpful in practicing giving injections. My only complaint is that it leaks. It's basically a sponge covered in thick plastic without any sort of backing to prevent it from leaking all over you. Luckily I'm only using water in my practice vials, but it was quite shocking to feel the cold water soaking into my leg. It comes with a strap for the ability to hold it down on a body part to practice, but you might as well place it on bare skin or put some kind of waterproof barrier down first. I thought it might be some kind of silicone or gel like the practice pillows we have in school, but I was wrong.

Very low quality, very disappointed.
The media could not be loaded. I practice yesterday with this pad. However I found some issues with it.First time I tried the needle got stuck inside and the barrel came out. The material that the pad is made of it is very cheap, thick and it makes like a rubber noise when the needle enters. The needle bents a little bit. When you try to remove the needle you feel resistance from the material.I placed the pad on someone's arm, the belt is ok to be adjusted. After practicing 3-4 shots I noticed the person's arm was soaking wet. The pad is leaking, the belt is getting soaked,so it makes impossible to practice on someone's arm. I tried to open it and I cant. It is very hard to open it, I think if I will try to open again it it will brake. All that water is now inside the pad and with no way to open it to clean the sponge inside.Short resume, it is leaking, the belt is getting soaked, it can't be open to be cleaned and the material is like rubber and makes a weird noise when you put the needle in.I am very disappointed on the purchase made.
