BelkinF8N309cw Slim Lightweight Messenger Bag for Laptops, Macbooks and Chromebooks up to 13.3 inch -Black

This little bag falls short of a full 5* rating simply because the bottom part could have been a bit more rigid/protective. Everything else about it is great - very lightweight, slim, perfect size for 12.5-13.3" laptops which include ThinkPad x230, and it even has the trolley strap at the back which I have not seen elsewhere even on more expensive Tucano 13" laptop cases. In fact it could have been a little narrower say 32-33cm wide and it would have been near-perfect for the x220/x230.So this little bag is now my defacto bag when I go into quick meetings - presentable enough for boardroom presentations where I do not require the rest of my roadwarrior kit....

This is a great little laptop case. I used one before for many years, so was very disappointed when the strap connection broke first time out. Don't let this put you off though - it was probably a one off. I didnlt get a replacement because I realised I needed a bigger size....They are just so handy and can be used as a briefcase for papers etc.

I would recommend that no one ever buys this bag. The first one I ordered came and the zip on the front pocket was broken, as soon as I put my notepad in the pocket and zipped it closed it opened itself up with the zip still in the closed position.I thought mine might have just been a one off so I requested an exchange. The one which has arrived as an exchange I opened this morning and the zip was in the middle of the pocked and the zip was open on either side of the actual zipper itself.I know it isn't the most expensive bag but I would at least expect the zip to function as a zip......

Sadly the very first time I used this the zip broke - what a disappointment! I only wanted it for short journeys and it would have been ideal, but now it seems it is pretty much useless. Probably more sensible to invest in something a little more robust and spend a little more.... I guess you could say you get what you pay for, but I didn't expect it to fail the first time I used it.

flimsy, low quality with poor construction. I expected a lot better from Belkin. The front zip busted on day one. This is trouble with buying something from a photo without handling the actual goods. This back offers little protection to my £1,700 MacBook and I don't trust it. Found a (ten times) better case, one I could handle and evaluate before purchase,

However the case is just awful - both zips broke within a day of having the case and I had to purchase another case urgently as the laptop risked falling out.If you wish to give me a credit for the Belkin case, I would be a happy bunny. Thank you Dr. Jane Wilde

I use this for my chromebook and it fits very well. It is well padded and the two top zips allow easy access to the bag. There is ample space inside for my chromebook and kindle fire hd, plus the charging cable, without being a tight squeeze.

This bag is the perfect size for my 13" macbook. The general quality of the material is good but the zip is weak - pocket opens unless there is very little inside. So far its fixed and closed ok by unzippin and re-zipping but dont have confidence in the zip
