Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Women Men, Lumbar Support Belt Back Brace for Herniated Disc, Sciatica, and Pain Relief（M）

As a fire hydrant service specialist I am constantly bending over the tops of hydrants to grind off flaking paint. I have several back braces from a number of companies, and this one is my favorite thus far. I like it for the way the brace fits around my torso and is easily adjusted for the right degree of compression. I wear it all day long when working and it is very comfortable throughout the entire day. During the winter I wear it under my coveralls, which keeps it relatively clean. I don't sweat underneath the brace like my other braces because of the way the fabric is designed to breath. The plastic support bones add stiffness to the back area of the brace which I thought might dig into my back when wearing. But they are designed in such a way that they are rigid without poking into my skin. They are also removable for washing the brace and the manufacturer includes several additional replacements in the event they break. I have been wearing mine for 3 months now and the brace still looks brand new.For sizing I got the large size. I am 135 pounds with a 32 inch waist and the large size fits me perfectly at the proper degree of compression. There isn't much wiggle room on the elastic straps so if you are over a 32 inch waist then the large size will probably not be a good size choice. Also if you are under about 28 inches, the large size will probably not fit as well. The hook and loop areas for the velcro straps is fairly small so you don't have much adjustment area. But if you can get the appropriate size, this is an excellent brace.I am happy with the performance of this brace and feel that the price was fair when compared with other brands I have purchased in the past. Value wise I would give this product high marks based on the quality of the product and the relatively low price. If you are looking for a good quality back brace I can recommend this product.

Most back supports belts does not have a double support, this one does for my delight. I've been hunting for this double support belt.I just recently tried a similar one and the sizing was very off, even though I sized up that one, it was very uncomfortable. I know it has to be tight, but not to the point where your breathing is compromised. So I decided I will size up 2x this one, and I strongly recommend you do the same if you got a bit belly, or moving a lot.By the size guide, the 2xl is very big for me. But when I wear it, I move. The double support makes sure that it is nice and tight, but gives me room to move/exercise/work in the garden with ease.It provides great support, the material is light and breathable.

I have had to deal with back issues since I was hit by a delivery truck 30 years ago..add to that age-related changes and I often end up locked up in agony. I have tried it all, I think. I’ve found a bunch of things that help in some way, but what I lacked was something to wear that supported my back so the muscles could relax and not spasm around my spine. If that goes on too long, they end up splinting around my diaphragm and making me short of breath. This brace has removable boning. The boning itself is substantial and thick. I have only worn the brace around the house, so far, but it also holds my tummy in which keeps my tummy from pulling on my back, too. This brace is very well made, holds securely and I have high hopes for it, long term. I am anxious to see how much it really makes a difference in standing/walking. I suspect it might really afford me some better mobility. I have really gotten serious about trying to help it because as I am getting older it is becoming more and more like it was right after my accident…which is scary. I use a red light for far infrared therapy, ice, heat, special shoes, specific exercises and now this brace..I am determined!

I previously tried a similarly designed product and the sizing ended up being way off for me (Usually women's M or L, got L). With these grey/strappy back braces, if you buy your size you are not gonna have a good time. A friend gifted me an M after complaining my Mueller is too loose. M is TIGHT and I literally could not move; my O2 saturation would be 95 % when wearing it and sitting at a desk, I could barely bend down or do anything but sit. I then ordered an L and it was somewhat better. I got my breathing back to 95%+ but the movement is too restrictive for it to be functional. However, this time I decided to size up TWICE and breathing is normal. I am able to work a full 12-hour shift without being out of breath. Mystery solved and MUCH BETTER RESULT.I highly recommend sizing up twice for those who have a bit of belly and/or plan on using this for a lot of physical activity. I get that these are supposed to be tight but not to the point where you're affecting your oxygen intake.

I ordered an XX-Large size but it is still too small around my waist even though I usually wear 38 pants. I am not sure why this is the case, but aside from the sizing issue, the belly belt or back brace (however you prefer to call it) provides good support. In fact, my wife is now using it as well. Overall, it is a well-made product.

I got this for my husband who has some back issues and recently wore out the Velcro on another back brace. All other back braces I have ordered in the past have been size L and were a perfect fit. I received this and it is way too small. My husband couldn’t even get the ends to touch let alone overlap to fasten. Luckily I have some Velcro and can sew a strip on to make it work. So be sure to check sizes and maybe go up one (or 2)? I do appreciate the additional support ribs that are included though. I wish I could give 3.5 stars.
