I sized up based on another dachshund owner's review and the shirt was way too bug.My dog's chest measurement is 19.5 inches and weighs 16 lbsI ordered and returned the XL size. Reordered the large. Fingers crossed. I will day that in the right size this looks like it will be perfect. I was afraid the back wouldn't be long enough for a dachshund but it clearly will be! 😀

My dogs length from neck to tail base is 16 inches and her chest girth is 22 inches. According to the size chart her fit would be XL but this is way too big for her. The circumference is too loose and pulls down causing it to over hang quite a bit. If she gets wet this will just pull even more and just drag her down. I’ll be returning to get a smaller size. Hopefully the large fits okay.

What a pleasant surprise, Fitwarm delivered. These shirts a well made and so light my dog doesn’t mind them one bit. They look adorable - wish there was more choices in this style! They work great if you wet then to cool your dog down! They look super cute and they double as SPF shirts! It gives my dog an added layer of protection she loves! She does not enjoy clothes but she doesn’t mind putting these shirts one bit.

These shirts are for summer when they are playing out in the sun. I have two mainly white toy fox terriers. They are 13.5 inches around their chest. This is a size S and fits them well. They are light weight and have some UV protection. They are cute and functional.

These sun suits are for small dogs only! I have a 63 lb pit bull and even the extra large didn’t fit him. They seem to be made of quality material, so would be perfect for a chihuahua or maybe a west Highland Terrier but never a medium sized or larger dog!
