I had received a wrong sized crate, however when I contacted the seller, my problem was resolved promptly and I received the correct product. The Product is quite sturdy and easy to assemble. I am using it to carry my beagle for trips and it is very convenient

Make sure to get the correct size for ur dog because extra space may cause ur pooch to evacute in one corner and sleep in the other. And too little may cause ur pooch to avoid it completely. For my beagle 32’ was perfect.

My dog made it from Delhi to Bhubaneswar comfortably in this crate by Air India in the cargo hold. Thank you, Petarchi.Delivery was delayed by the courier, but received it just in time. Petarchi Customer Support was good to call me and check on the delivery.One Star less for lack of a good and strong handle that went missing in the trip. When I called Petarchi Customer Service, I was told that they only get the full crate from the manufacturer, but no spare parts!

Very happy I choose this crate. Easy to assemble, looks good, size is as stated. The crate was delivered before time. It's sturdy which is important. Most important factor to consider is that it has removable wheels. The company is professional, they guided me through the installation, sent me videos. Very caring towards the needs of the pet and parent. Thank you so glad I got this crate.

Update 2 : Return process is a hassle so decided to keep the crate . Do not be fooled by the website , crates are imported to India from China and sold . Basically drop shippers . So yeah . Nothing special . Removed 2 stars for the deviance from description and a lack of an efficient return policy . Other than that so far nothing has happened on a 2 way trip to Kerala by road . Will probably still use my 36 inch crate from PetMate for international travel . This crate is probably fine but PetMate is better .Update : Seller has updated return policy and now the package can be returned ! Really appreciate their keen eye on the reviews . Will be returning it soon and probably get a sturdier crate from the offline market . The only reason being that it does not weigh as much as stated which puts doubt in my mind especially considering how easily the plastic bends .Does not look like the pictures , seems extremely flimsy as the plastic bends even with the slightest pressure applied . Will stress test it soon . And most definitely does not weigh 10 kilos . Will try returning it in a while and see if better quality comes through . And yes its non refundable . I would say this is quite fraudulent of the seller .
