The product is very good but the side handle as shown in the picture on the product page is missing. However, the side being small, it's not required also.

Great looks, poor chain quality
Chains are poor quality. Design is awesome. But chains just get stuck, not smooth. Not sure of leatheratte material used on the front, it could get easily damaged, although it gives a nice premium look. But had to return

Poor quality of the product. It did not last one single trip. Customer service no provided for Kenneth Cole is incorrect hence cannot file warranty claim
