Jumpers
There were two types of jumpers listed, I had mistakenly thought this was a multistrand jumper, hence my partial disappointment. However, it is what I needed for my projects and works OK.

Choking odor, functional parts.
The wires work great for breadboards, the rubber makes it easy to put the wire in just the right length, but the packaging and it seems the wire itself gives off such a choking plastic odor more than any other plastic parts I've used.

Pre-fabricated jumpers for breadboards
Well-made jumper wire set for breadboards with crimped-on ferrules. Various lengths and colors. So far they have held up very well.
