Perfect for Puppies and Lazy Cats
It came in a smaller box than I expected. When I took it out, it was all squished, like it should have been. The stairs took about 24-36 hours to be completely undo so they could be used. I would recommend placing the nice cover around the stairs before they get to their normal size.The stairs are firm, with a little give. That's not a bad thing, it's just because of the material they are made from, some kind of foam.If you have a tall bed like we do, they won't go completely up to the top. We knew that and are going to get rid of the box spring. When we get our puppy (a yorkie!), and we train her to climb up, it will be easy for her.Right now we have a cat that has lazy moments, so she uses the stairs. 😁😂I do recommend these stairs, but maybe not for a big dog. It will definitely be perfect for x-tra small-small-medium size dog.

Good buy
Installation of the cover was very straight forward and the stairs are holding up very well. Even after one of my mini doxies opted to use a corner as a chew toy ;)

Floppy and doesn't take much weight
Bought 2 for each side of a bed and one didn't expand all the way even after a day so the outer covering was loose. But neither would take a 14 lb dog on it without folding over. They are light weight and the outer cover seems good but overall 1 to 2 stars. Great if you have a 5 lb dog. Returning both of them.

Serves Its Purpose
These dog stairs enabled my Shih Tzu puppy to get on and off of my bed. However, the cover is too big for the stairs and is not form fitting. When my dog goes up or down, sometimes the cover slips. I do like that it is light weight and easy to move around. I do wish the foam was a sturdier.

They stood behind their product
We had an issue with this item but we could have lived with it. The seller stood solidly behind their product. I gave it 5 stars even with the issue because the way the seller stood behind it with no hassle.

It works but it’s a little flimsy
The steps are too small and the back is too weak. It would be nice if the base and back had a frame. Also, the lint roller doesn’t stay in the handle/holder because the hole is too big/loose. FYI: It takes at least 24 hours for it to expand to its proper shape.

Exactly what I needed
It is the perfect size for my couch and my Yorkiepoo who after a fall and a broken leg refuses to jump on or off the couch. Put her on it going up and then down a few times and it was an immediate fix!! Best money I could’ve spent. Wide enough for her to trust it and not actual stairs which she also wont use. 😍😍
