Sensor is not working properly

Poor Motion detection. only senses 3 out of 10 times
The brightness of light is good. However the Motion detection capacity is not efficient.It only detects 3 of 10 times. The range is 3 Meters. It seems the effectiveness depends upon the ceiling height at which the light is fitted. I t is not good for height more than 8 feet.The seller should provide detailed information about the installation and coverage.Please avoid buying.

One out of Two Pieces Defective, Replacement Awaited Since Fortnight
I ordered a set of two PHILIPS Full Glow Motion Sensor 15-watt Round LED Surface Downlighter | Full Glow Sensor Surface Downlight for Ceiling.The sensor of one of the lights was not working. Since a set was purchased, both lights were to be returned.However, I received an online message that the item cannot be picked up since it has failed the checking while pickup.The replacement assured by Amazon has not materialized despite lapse of 14 days.Planning to post to Twitter.

Poor sensor: a moody light
I bought this on 7 June 2023. It has really bad sensor, which I didn’t expect from such a reputed company. I won’t be recommending this to anyone.

Not trusty
The media could not be loaded. I have Ordered Natural white light but recived warm white in Natural white box🙄👎🏽Light is good but color recived made my interior look ugly.

Too weak sensor
The media could not be loaded. Sensor of this light is too weak. It doesn’t gets on when needed. We have to walk 3-4 times to turn the light on. You can see While taking video I was standing underneath.
