I bought two Cosmetic Brush Cleaners for Christmas gift for my granddaughters. My granddaughter shared hers was not working so I asked her to bring it to me. I engaged the Vendor and he shared he would refund my cost of item. However, I found that it does work! I immediately emailed the Vendor to advise him that it does work — and he STILL refunded me and advised me that I could keep it! As a consumer, I am so grateful — as well as my granddaughter!
