Helps you loose weight
I have been watching the TV show 600 pound people. The doctor who runs this clinic deals with individuals who need major weight loss. This book helps you loose weight by using his 1200 calorie diet and the foods you should eat. In the past I had a weight problem and was in a clinical program and lost 250 pounds. With this book you can loose weight by following his plan. As one who was there and had to buy heavy set clothes and people staring at you. For the price of a book it is a tool you can use.

I really like how easy the diet meal prep is and how precise what’s allowed and what’s not. Great buy for the start of my new life.

Disappointed
I've watched Dr. now many times and the one thing he stresses is high protein and low carb. Most of these recipes are high carb. Definately not for diabetic or pre-diabetic people.

I gave this 3 stars because I am just starting my journey but it seems easy to read and understand. I wish it had included a good and bad list. But the recipes seem good and low budget so fingers crossed.

Dr. Nowzardins plan is awesome!
I'm less than a week into the diet plan. It's so good to have a plan with everyday foods that are in your home. The recipes are so awesome and easy to put together. I feel great going forward.
