I bought the silver blonde and I honestly could not be happier. My hair was already pre-bleached and to the the lightest point so it's really taken well to this colour. It's so gentle on the hair with the Royal Jelly, which I LOVE!Most big brand silver/grey dyes, tint your hair lilac/blue but this hasn't, it's just a beautiful ashy silver, exactly what I was after.Yes, you will need at least 2 bottles if you have shoulder length hair or longer but the quantity is shown, so that's not hard to work out. I did notice a few mentioned it's hard to get out because the RJ makes it thick (I dispair).......it's not difficult and if it is on the thick side, a bit of initiative wouldn't go amiss; take the nozzle off, duh!Do not be put off by the negative reviews..... People complaining about lack of instructions (there were) or expecting darker hair to go the silver shade on the box (it's not a lightener); please stop trying to colour your hair at home (you clearly don't know what you're doing), go to a hairdresser and find something else to complain about rather than leaving ridiculous reviews.I will definitely be a returning customer, fantastic product and seller!

Beautiful colour with excellent grey coverage. Left hair in good condition. Will buy regularly. Highly recommend

After mixing the product that smelt like egg I began to use it firstly the bottle are thin so waste of time secondary wow I was on agony my head was on fire tears in my eyes and screaming in pain bouncing around my bathroom was it worth no not enough product.

The thickness of the product made it difficult to get it out of the applicator to be able to use all product on hair.

Product delivered on time, but left on door step and delivery instructions ignored. Product went on well with good coverage. I have short hair and would recommend 2 packets if any length to your hair. I’m very pleased with end colour , will wait and see how long it lasts. Colour is pastel not vibrant which I prefer. I have ordered another box for when it fades.

Be aware that there is no instuction leaflet inside.the instructions are written on the inside and outside of the box.the print is very small and difficult to read. Most are ia foreign language There is a strong smell with this product. I have short hair and only just enough product for me to cover all my hair. I always colour my own hair so just mixed and apllied as i would normally do. I left 30 mins to achieve good colour.

Best silver grey, pale blond I’ve had, does not fade. I only use every 6 weeks. Easy to use.

I wanted a more subtle pink that rose gold on others so stripped my hair back to blond.. as the instructions weren't in English I actually left it on for an hour.. with it being semi permanent I wanted to get the full colour first.. looked good before I washed it out.. when I took my towl off my head their was nothing their, i dried it their was hardly anything left.. small patches of super pale pink over blond but you couldn't see it unless you really looked...I was very disappointed especially when this isn't a cheap hair dye...Honestly I wouldn't waste your money... because I definitely wasted my money...Go for a permanent pink hair dye tbh coz with a decent hair colour stripper it's easy to change colours these days...DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH & WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!Update...Company got in touch very quickly.. offered a refund which was greatly received..They also offered two further products to try.. one being another colour.. honestly it's not a colour I will use so will see if one of my friends will try it.. it was a silvery grey.. the other was hair treatment.. I haven't tried this yet as I've just coloured my hair and don't want my hair to react with something I've ner used before..Can't fault the company for trying to resolve the problem..So altho I can only change my feedback a little on the orriginal product I bought I can say they were very helpful and did all they could to help..And I would give them 5* on their service...
