Support for heart health
These vegan capsules are a staple in my daily health regimen. The blend of ingredients in this supplement is scientifically formulated to support heart health. The capsules are easy to take. The fact that each bottle comes with 120 capsules is also great, providing good value for the price. After taking these capsules for several months, I feel more energetic, and no side effects, just a noticeable boost in my cardiovascular health.

Good blend, trustworthy line
I’m pleased with the blend in this mix, and I know this line (Vitanica) is trustworthy and effective. (Been using their stuff and have visited their main clinic.) The capsule size and dose, however, is hard. I wish the capsules were smaller and easier to swallow and the dose 1x a day. If that sort of thing doesn’t bother you, then no problem. Seems like better mix than just Hawthorne by itself

I like this brand and I believe they're doing something
This brand by Portland area Naturopath, Tori Hudson is made of quality ingredients and great formulations. Although I have no way of gauging/proving exactly what this particular supplement is doing for me, I have tried others by this brand that were measurable and I found them to provide excellent results. With this one, since I'm taking it proactively for the prevention of heart issues (and I don't currently have any heart issues), I cannot report the effects. What I can say is that there are no ill effects from taking it and I trust (because of my prior history with this ND and her supplements that it IS doing what it says it does (supporting and keeping my heart healthy). I would recommend it.

Vitanica, CardioBlend - Way Too Much B12
I gave them two stars for being easy-to-swallow capsules, but 10417% of the RDA of Vitamin B12 is way too much. (Or 1471% of Vitamin B6, 893% of Vitamin E....) This formula is not for me.

Vitanica Cardio Blend: Formulated by Woman Naturopath, Brand Has 29 year History
VITANICA CARDIO BLENDSHORT REVIEW:A multivitamin that includes Garlic and herbs formulated by a well known Naturopath who's Vitanica Brand has a 29 year track record. The Capsules look large, but were easy for me to swallow. They have a faint, neutral scent. And I love the sticker on the top. :)LONG VERSION FOCUSING ON BRAND SAFETY ETC.Transparency: Vitanica has a robust internet presence and an information dense web page. It describes in detail the history of both the founder, Naturopath Tori Hudson and the Vitanica Brand, established 29 years ago The brand has a track record and is sold by stores like Whole Foods Market.Accountability: Vitanica claims to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (but does not claim to be GMP certified), and to be 3rd party lab tested (but does not name their certifying body). While these represent my personal gold standard, Vitanica's long history and a founder who’s still active in the community (with a Clinic and reputation to uphold) is adequate for me personally.Quality: Cardio blend appears to be a thoughtful heart centered women’s multivitamin/herbal supplement, with Garlic, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Vitamin B2, B6, B12, and Folic acid with Botanicals supporting maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels: Garlic, Ginger, Guggulipid, Hawthorn, and Grape seed extract. The Capsules are on the large side, but easy for me to swallow (I do have occasional issues with that). The recommended dose is two capsules twice a day, making this a 30 day supply.I can see adding this to my multivitamin rotation, as it's thoughtfully formulated, and appears to be high quality. I'd love to see 3rd party GMP and lab certifications, but I'm comfortable with the reputation of the founder and the long track record in both health food and grocery stores.

Interesting substitute for a full multivitamin
I've seen a lot of research suggesting that full multivitamins may not be the best way to go. Specifically, certain vitamins, like beta-carotene and Vitamin E, and certain minerals, like iron and zinc, might not be the best for certain demographics (like mine), especially in the amounts you might get from a typical daily vitamin, added to your food intake plus other supplements you might be taking.I like these because they give you good doses of some essential vitamins and minerals (yes, there's a wallop of E in there), while leaving others out (no A, no iron or zinc). I think that's good because it gives you a break from getting too much of some things, while still providing essential nutrients to fill in dietary gaps. What I most like are the herbal and other plant-based add-ins like garlic and ginger you don't normally get in a multi.

Here is to hoping it's doing something
Here is to hoping it's doing something, like all supplements it's tough to determine if there is a real impact or one that is noticeable. Hopefully it's doing its magic inside but can't give it 5 stars without knowing for sure.
