A MUST Read
I've been in the car business for over 15 years. One thing's for certain, we can sure make selling a car complicated. I stumbled upon Steve about 10 years ago. I was so impressed what all the insightful videos and blogs he put out, for FREE, that I started buying his books. I love this one because as only Steve seems to be able to do in this crazy business, he gives you a ton of info in a short, easy to read and understand book of about 120 pages.If you have anything to do with automotive sales, you need to read this book. It will pay off HUGE for a very nominal investment. BUY IT!

A very actual great guide for car salespeople
The reading is concise, easy and the author goes to the point: The smart way to sell 30 or more cars a month. It also gave me a unique perspective on how to perceive and see every customer that is qualified and wants to buy a car from me today. Excellent book!

Great book for sales development
This book is fantastic for those looking to develop their car sales game. There’s little to no fluff, and it does a great job and getting straight to the point. This truly is a book packed with value. I’m somewhat new to the world of cars and digital marketing, and this book really helps paint the picture for me of what a dealer should be doing to sell cars.

A must read for Employers AND Employees
Steve and Connor created an entertaining, informative, and insightful account of good customer service. They covered all aspects of do’s and don’tsOf simple but effective customer service. If we were still in business this book would be mandatory for everyone in our employ to read.I was SHOCKED to read the inane negative reviews about the Grand Canyon though, being an AZ. Resident, like seriously?Stece and Conner hit on this very thing, social media—yikes it can be your worst nightmare these days.Lastly, a book for customers too, therefore everyone READ this book.

Love this book! I recommend that every Salesmanager read this book. Share it with your sales, internet and BDC Team. Use it as a framework to build your dealers sales prossess. Steve and Conrad have done the Automotive Sales Industry a favor with continually putting a glaring light on the simple fact that selling cars is NOT difficult, IF you "simply" follow the the prosess, everyday, everytime, for the rest of our days in this business.
