I appreciate the fact they are trying to correct their mistakes.👎👎Terrible customer service. The activation code for the app I was given is invalid. I sent an email to the addesss provided. This product is not helpful without the app. 👎👎

What I didn't like is there are no instructions on how to use the product

I was expecting more from app but for my 10 year old it's great!. He just kicks it around and he doesn't have to have someone to kick it back. For the price it's good !

I bought this product for my 9 year old daughter who is in her second year of organized soccer. Without a doubt, this product works as advertised and is extremely fun for her. Since she got it, she has used it every day, and I can see her coordination as well as use of her weak foot improving by leaps and bounds. I have told all of her teammates parents about this product as well as the cogi methods associated with it, when both are implemented together the improvement is undeniable. Highly recommend, the associated videos are easy to follow and are like a game for my daughter trying to perfect one after the next.

Tried to connect to the account to get access to the training videos but it did not work. I saw that others had the same problem and so I emailed tech support and have not heard from them in almost a month now. I have no idea how this is supposed to work in teaching soccer skills and given no access to the training videos, I will have to return it.

My 11 yr old son did not enjoy this and returned it.
