I bought this window covering for my master bedroom window. I like my room to be pitch black and very cool. I had one of those paper fans in the window to cover it. You could feel the heat coming through, and no light was filtered. I really like this window covering because it shows white on the outside but black on the inside. This is essential to keep the heat and the light from coming in through the window. My room already feels so much cooler and there is not one speck of light coming through that window anymore. I did have some difficulty applying it to the window, but I think that was my issue. The window is a half circle and it was difficult for me to cut the half circle window that high up towards the ceiling. The product itself is great though. I easily cut it with a ruler and an X-Acto knife. I sprayed some window cling solution on the window and then squeegeed it out. The covering has not moved since it was applied. Very happy with this product just don’t look at my cut job! Lol.

I bought three different kinds to put on windows throughout my home. This one offered the most privacy. Even if you put your face right up to it to try and see in, you could not. Plus, it sparkles on the outside of the glass when the sun shines on it. It is a little thinner than others, which makes it harder to get the film off the back, but was still a nice product. I'm happy with how it turned out.

Overall good product. Comparatively thick film blocks out daylight extremely well. You may have small light leaks around the edge of windows, but that doesn’t hinder the effectiveness. If it did, black painters tape can be used to eliminate edge leaks.The unexpected downside is the back (outer side), is not reflective. It is also black and the resulting “black windows” absorb heat. This might be a “plus” in colder climates, but in arid climates, it’s a definite disadvantage. I feel it would be a better product if the backside could be made to deflect heat.PROS: Blocks light, Easy to installCONS: Black windows absorb heat

Bought this to add to existing window film (in bathroom). Bottom window was already done & wanted to put film on top window. This window film is same design (as previous) but thicker & difficult to see through window. :) Put in kitchen top window & love the prism effect when sun shines through.

Good design and blocking the view and does its job.

I bought this for an aquarium background. It has a grid pattern on it which makes it easy to cut. Went on very easily and has remained in place. Would definitely buy again when needed

I needed this for my bathroom as the window is the perfect level to pretty much see everything. It was pretty easy to put up but I would recommend having a razor or exacto knife on hand in case you need to cut any excess. Although I still have pull down blinds to not freak my guests out when using the bathroom, you have to be looking right up against the glass to maybe see through it and even then you can still hardly make out what you are looking at.

My bathroom window faces my neighbor's kitchen and I didn't want to install a curtain for obvious reasons (2023). I'm also not up for giving fresh out-of-the-water peep shows, so this was the perfect remedy! This was a quick and easy install and I plan to purchase more for other windows around the house.

LOVE IT!! I have a window and a door transom window that looks directly at our neighbours kitchen window, and have had privacy film on them for 19 years; it finally showed its sun damaged age this year. Today, I replace both door and window with Finned Window Film - Frosted White. Why had I not change this soon’er!! It’s absolutely beautiful especially when the sun is shinning directly on the film. I stepped out side to see how it looked, it’s like a million little diamonds!! I can’t see the neighbours window at all …not even the outline of it! The photos I have posted do not do it justice… lots of sunlight with exceptional privacy.
