This safe is great quality, especially for the price! I was pleasantly surprised to see how much room it had inside. So many safes have a way smaller interior than they appear to.and that was not the case here. The safe is exactly as advertised in regards to size. I was able to fit my Ruger super redhawk .44cal that has a 9.5 inch barrel(14.5in total) on one of the top adjustable shelves and still plenty of room for other stuff. Removeable shelves are very easy to adjust, with a few possible configurations.It has 3 methods of unlocking; with a key, with a regular combination on the keypad, or if the internal batteries are dead, there is an electronic box that you plug into an input on the exterior of the keypad to power it and proceed with the combination. Very cool! Also has a quiet mode in case you need to access it in an emergency. The beeps it makes when entering combination are loud enough to matter.The lock bolts are very heavy duty, and when you shut the door and turn the lock knob, it very quickly locks automatically and stays locked until you proceed to use one of the three combination methods.The internal LED is not very helpful if you have the shelves installed, because it points directly at the center shelf and the top shelf and floor lighting is blocked. This is the only real downside I've found with this safe. I will be installing some extra lighting for more visibility, but I got some cheap battery powered LEDs from the dollar store that last forever, so no big problem there.As you can see in the pictures, I had room for a lot of valuables and home protection. This is a Christmas gift for my father and i think he will love it. Very happy with this purchase.

Once I learned to follow directions, I became an expert at opening the safe. 😎 The safe has interior light that helps a lot and the shelves do too. It is not waterproof if only because there are holes through the back to bolt it to the wall.

My home is up for sale so I needed a secure lock box large enough to accommodate my company laptop, jewelry, and some other valuables for when potential buyers and realtors are in my home snooping around. This is basically a large lock box, in other words it's not a heavy duty fireproof safe. In fact, it comes with a relatively small fireproof pouch, but that's the only thing that's possibly fireproof. The door itself is thick but the rest of the safe is not, it can certainly be drilled and opened. The lock is very easy to program up to two passwords. The touch screen is very responsive as well. The knob however, is plastic. I would have preferred metal because if you should break it off or if it cracks or melts in a fire you probably wouldn't be able to open the safe because it is not motorized and you have to turn it to unlock. Its black inside and the LED lamp inside barely illuminates the contents, so I would just leave a small pen LED flashlight in there. Two adjustable shelves are included. For those shelves I would cover them with a light colored felt material such as the one that covers the interior bottom of the safe. Two keys are included that you can use instead of pass codes and a backup battery pack in case the 4 AA batteries that aren't included are dead. It weighs around 35 pounds so I consider it light weight. You can easily pick up this safe and run off with it unless you mount it. As far as appearance is concerned, it's painted in a shiny black enamel which I think cheapens the appearance a little. A more flat finish would have been better. So if you are looking for something to protect the family crown jewels from any kind of theft, this isn't it. But it's well suited for my basic needs of deterring those with sticky fingers

I like the size of the safe not too big and not hard for me to carry, I fits everything I have to put in there It's what I have needed for a couple of years now and easy to GE unlock with a key 👍😊 I'm very happy Afton Ahern

When I received the safe it wasn't working properly. Oddly enough it did work fine after a few days. I emailed the support department and they were 100% on my side. I'm super happy with the resolution, and how they treated me.

Quality of the bolts is a big joke!!! I wish I could still return it but we started installation. Would not order again.

Great safe has battery for digital access ans also a key for quick entry if batteries die. Has really cool slide ro hie key hole, also has light on inside, with adjustable shelves. Money well spent, comes with really sturdy and sage mounting hardware.. would definitely buy another if needed..

Very thin metal and the door doesn't have any sort of seal/gasket. You can get a better and cheaper safe at Walmart. I only gave it 3 stars because of the lock design and functionality.

J'ai reçu le colis, j'ai vérifier le colis (le colis n'était pas abimé.Mais surprise, quand j'ai sortie le coffre du colis, la porte était tordu et les gonds de portes aussi.Donc :- impossible de le fermer,- Porte et gonds Tordu et ajouré- Plus de sécurité au feu avec une porte ou l'on voit a l'interieur du coffre du fet qu'elle est tordu,- Impossible degarantir les biens a protéger, vu les problèmes de la porte.Je suis deçu, il a l'air solide et répondait a mes attentes au niveau du format, mais la qualité de finition et de contrôle de qualité reste a désirer !!!!
