Great Present for Boyfriend!
I bought this for my boyfriend because he plays DND and many other games and thought he’d love this as a “dice jail” kinda thing! And it’s absolutely adorable and high quality. It was definitely worth the purchase and the price is very reasonable!

Sold Hat
It’s cute but the hat is solid and therefore needs to balance to stay on.

Just fun
Kind of hard to balance the hat on the dice, but still fun

Great idea probably priced right.

Hilarious gift for your RPG-playing friends. Or for yourself.
So this little item is a cute thing to take to game night when you're playing Dungeons & Dragons or Pathfinder or any other RPG that uses dice. Just beware that you might jinx yourself.I took mine to Pathfinder Night the day after it arrived. I was thinking that I may or may not get a chance to use it right away. If a good opportunity did not come up I would just keep it in my bag and wait to use it on another night when my dice truly betrayed me. Well, that happened right away. I rolled a natural 1 on a saving throw that I really needed to make. But I was playing Pathfinder, which meant that I could turn in a "hero point" and re-roll the d20. So I did that and rolled... another natural 1. Well, bad things happened, but I whipped out the chair and DUNCE cap and put my d20 in time out (see first image). Everyone got a good laugh out of it, and I felt a little bit better. But seriously, did I jinx myself by bringing this item to game night? If you run into the God of Statistics, ask them for me, would you?The little chair is 1-inch wide, which makes it big enough to hold the oversized d20 dice that are becoming popular these days (see second image). Anything much bigger than that and the die won't fit.My only grumble with it is that the DUNCE cap slides off the dice too easily. The bottom of the chair is a little convex, which makes it look more realistically like an actual leather chair, but dice don't really sit very flat on it. And the DUNCE cap is just a cone of wood. The bottom is flat so it doesn't sit down onto the top of the dice like a little hat would. It just rests there and the slightest bump makes it slide off. Making the bottom of the cone a little bit concave would help with this. Making the cone out of felt or some other stiff cloth would help even more. But overall a really cute, geeky, excellent product.Bob recommends.

Dice jail
If you play D&D then you know that sometimes the dice are NOT in your favor. When that happens, they need to be punished. A nat1 requires immediate banishment to the dunce chair! The dice will be so ashamed of its actions that it’ll never dream of embarrassing you like that again. And honestly, it’s just so cute! It’s a huge hit amongst the other members in my campaign!

Simple concept
I cannot wait to use this during my next D&D session as inevitably there is always one dice roll. That is very important and 50% of the time that dice roll is insufficient. The concept of this figure is simple and I believe it is resin cast and painted. The construction is well done and if you wish to paint the seat further, you can, as it is black and primed for further customization. The dice sits well on top of the chair, but I will say that the hat has a flat bottom, and sometimes has a precarious balance to it, while sitting on top of your dice and can’t fall off if not treated with care.

The perfect way to put your dice into time out....
Yes, dice are random.Yes, when you have bad luck streaks it's just random. But anyone who has been playing pen and paper games and throwing the dice...will tell you that there are times they set a particular set of dice aside as they just can't seem to roll good with them.Though perception that maybe, this little chair is a great way to "punish" your dice while at the table and get a good laugh out of your other party members that are playing with you. This makes a great gift for your family members that game (or yourself), and the price point is really good too. If you game, or have friends that do, I'd recommend getting this.
