This color creator mica powder comes as a 12-pack in their Pacific Gift Pack. The colors all complement each other well. The mica powders mix well in the epoxy resin. The glitter is good for a deeper layer of the resin for a deep pour. I have been using the included alcohol inks to experiment with coloring some light-colored wood that I use with the resin projects and have been happy with the results. This is a great set to get complementary colors for DIY projects.

I was making candles the other day, and pulled this kit out to use. I've never used mica powder, and was so very impressed with how well it mixed in with the melted wax. The alcohol ink dye gives a more transparent color, but if you add it in along with the white mica, the color is far easier to see.I struggled with the glitter a bit, as it definitely does not mix in with the wax all that well. It ends up pooling on top, or clinging to the bottom of the container I used to melt wax. What did work really well, though, was to pour a base layer in the candle about 1/4" thick, and let that firm up. Then I sprinkled glitter onto that, before pouring the rest of the candle. Doing that resulted in the glitter mixing in.I expect my daughter will end up grabbing the alcohol ink to use in some of her art projects.Great set and really fun to work with!

I’m very excited when I opened the pack and saw the colors that came with this kit. They all match real well and look like they will do great with resin for geode molds. It includes glitter and mica powder and alcohol, transparent color, which is great because you can use a combination of all three on the same project. The bottles are plenty large enough of alcohol color that you can do probably 30 to 40 projects minimum. This makes a great little gift if you have a friend that is starting out in resin pouring.

This is a great color ink and mica powder set. You get 10 alcohol inks, 5 mica powders and 5 fine glitter packs. The ink are all vibrant colors and the mica powders are bronze, silver, white, gold and diamond dust. The glitter is red, black, gold, blue and silver. The powders are a generous size as are the inks at .33 ounces each. This is going to be great for all of my resin projects. Highly recommend.

I mainly use the powder and resin molds, I haven’t really worked with the alcohol yet. But I can’t wait to try to mix it in with a watercolor painting. I do love the variation of colors that come in this kit. Plenty of options to choose from.

a variety set of micas and powders to give clear resin color. it doesnt take much, so these little pouches will go a long way. theyre vibrant and varied, so there are many options for whatever crafting you are doing.

TLDR: Amazing blue color set for art projects! I love the alcohol ink, glitter type mica, and mica powders in this set! So far I have used in resin and on paper for illustrations and honestly no complaints here! I just want to see how long the ink lasts and if it keeps its color well on paper and in resin, but so far I think this is a great set especially for starting with resin art!
