They taste good and I feel pretty good. I can’t say whether or not it’s because of these gummies, but I like to believe they’re helping me a lot. I do know that I feel calmer and have been sleeping better. Your mileage may vary.

Besides tasting good this item doesn't nothing to make you fall asleep. So, if you want to blow $25 and only buy a gummy that tastes good go ahead as you can't return it.. I was taking 2 a day before bedtime and stayed up for hours..

I've been on a real kick, lately, trying all kinds of gummies. So far, these are by far the best tasting gummies that I've ever tried. Be careful not to consume the entire bottle in one sitting! Seriously, the flavor is amazing. As for the advertised benefits, I think these might be a little hit and/or miss. I didn't really detect too much in the way of relaxation or calming, but I do think perhaps I felt a little more clarity after eating two. This is probably just thing to take at bedtime if you just need a slight nudge in the direction of calmer thoughts for sleeping. Recommended.

I should have looked at the photos more closely before buying. It clearly says in small print on the ingredients, this is Lactuca Virosa, which is not blue lotus. Nymphaea Caerulea is blue lotus. Says satisfaction is guaranteed, yet amazon will not process refund.

These gummies come well-packaged with clear labeling of ingredients. Great berry-like taste. When chewed, they are not sticky or rubbery in texture.
