I've bought a few Iberico pata negra and this one is as good as any - in this price range. No complaints

We chose this Jamón because it was the ibérico which is considered the best. We are so disappointed with this Jamón, it’s literally all bone and fat and hardly any meat at all. We have cut a few slices of 4 times and that’s about it and only 2 of us eating it. We buy Jamón all the time and this is the most disappointed we have been. No meat. All fat and bone.

We ordered this ham arrived well packaged and earlier than expected, which was great, the ham’s flavour is great too, very tasty. Unfortunately, more than half of it is fat. This is not my first ham, I know it should have fat, but this was too much. Thanks though, like a said, good flavour.

BE CAREFUL DON'T LEAVE YOURSELF FOUL BY THE PRESENTATION THEY OFFERNOT EVEN A PICE OF MEAT ON IT

Il prosciutto si presenta bene ma è completamente differente da quelli italiani, la carne è molto poca ed è marezzata (cioè con grasso striato all'interno), questo lo rende sicuramente molto saporito ma ripeto, quello che viene buttato è davvero tanto quindi da mangiare ne resta molto poco. Prossimo prosciutto sicuramente un parma o un San Daniele, li non si sbaglia mai.

Savoureux

Il prosciutto è solamente grasso, per trovare un filo di magro abbiamo dovuto arrivare all'osso.

Asciutto secco stopposo niente fragranza, anonimo, porcheria!!!
