The instruction booklet said that bike would take to hours to put together. It ended up taking me and two friends about 11 hours. The instruction booklet was no help, a youtube video was the only reason we figured it out. My peddle and bell came broken, and the chain cover was bent. After building it, it was unrideable because the chain is too long. I will say though the seller is very responsive and was quick to give me a partial refund so I could take the bike to a bike shop.Edit: I took this bike to the bike shop and they said it was a crap show. Not a single part of this bike was safe to ride, they quoted me over $200 to make the bike safe to ride. This was a huge waste of money. I decided to ignore the bad reviews and listen to the good ones. I would not ignore the bad reviews unless you want to waste your money.

I love my new bike. My neighbors son put it together for me. Takes time to get used to it though. Had a rough time with how it rides at first. Looked up on youtube how to ride a bike like this. Got some good tips. Don't like bumps and slants. But getting used to them now. Now it's easy to ride. The brakes work very well. I like the little back support. I like to go grocery shopping now. And I can leave my stuff in the back basket while I go into another store. So nice to not have to bring a cart full of stuff in every store I go to. I just leave everything in the back basket. I can go to places I haven't been to in a long time also. Soooooo nice.

I would recommend looking at other options. It does its job however, several pieces arrived bent including the front rim. I’m now looking into other options. Several pieces also didn’t fit (like the trim for the back tires) so we had to leave them off. The only thing great is the color.

The bike was ridiculously hard to put together. The instructions are poor quality images and give no directions. It took my husband and two teenage boys and myself to put the bike together. There were tears, there were slamming doors. Everyone was fighting. It was a great family bonding experience for us.🙈😂 This bike was for our special-needs son. So we powered through, but there were times when I was tempted to just put it back in the box and send it back. If I thought it would’ve fit, I would’ve done it. But it would’ve been just as much work to take it apart again as it had been to put it together. we ended up having loads of extra parts. We still have no idea where they go. And we were so tired of putting it together. We never even attached the reflectors or fenders. 😂🤷‍♀️ The bike itself is nice. But you better be ready to spend a lot of time putting it together and chances of you actually getting it together by yourself are slim. You need at least two people to assemble this bike.

This company takes NO responsibility for their failures, and tells you that Amazon has to fix your problems. First, it's missing bolts that are ESSENTIAL to constructing the bike, where if you don't put the bolts in, the bike will come apart. Second, the frame is TOO long so you'd either have to cut it down, or buy a bigger chain. The fenders were scratched, like it was used, the axle had dings, and dents. The Frame wouldn't fit the axle. The only decent thing about this was the front basket that auto forms itself. This is by far the worst item I've bought, and I highly recommend saying away.

Just love the overall look of it, and the color is perfect. It was a gift for my mother in law and she loves it she's 70yrs old they go ride both their bike at least 2 to 3 week.

1. Packaging was poor, screw and bolts just where ever. None of the nuts even fit the bolts. Can't install fenders or reflectors.2. Instructions are poor, not easy to put together.3. Center of gravity isn't right, bike wants to lean left and steer left at all times.I rode the bike once was excited because of my disability to get out and active and the bike is just such a poor experience I have no interest in riding again will probably return. Do not Buy

Some of the bolts and nuts wasn’t secure in a bag together. Some of them was in the box almost didn’t find them
