Love Kane and Sable
Kane has entered the building and refuses to take anything but complete control. He would do anything for his brother and sisters and when his brother Johnny needed him, he stepped in and helped him, even if it meant running his business at the same time as acting manager for his brother’s band. That’s what brought him to the side of the road on the way to Oak Falls to hear his soon-to-be sister-in-law’s friends’ band. What a way to meet the one person that he was supposed to stay under the radar for. These two are fire and oil, yes, I meant oil for many reasons and when you read this one you will understand. The fires burn so brightly between these two it’s a wonder the world hasn’t turned to ash around them. Sable has been the tough Montgomery. I mean that in the sense that there are so many layers to her, she is tough to figure out. But she is also the one that holds everything close to her for fear of letting the whole world see what she carries. The one to fix her siblings’ problems, the secret keeper for her twin, and the one that didn’t allow herself to find love. I loved every second of watching these two as they navigate through the various levels of emotions that lead to love. From taking Sable’s band, Surge, to the international stage to seeing just how amazing her heart is when it comes to those that she cares for the most in life. Kane learns about himself during all of this and for someone who felt his path would be that little list in his phone to scroll through and pick tonight’s date, having a person to share this life with becomes more. I love seeing our different book worlds collide and Melissa has done this so amazingly well. We get to catch up with the Montgomery’s as well as the Braden’s, but we also get glimpses of the Wicked’s and the rest of the Bad family. Yet another fantastic book by Melissa and another one that reminds us that people carry more than they ever let on about.

Bad for Sable!
Sable Montgomery likes her life. She runs her auto-shop, plays with her band at JJ’s and lives close to her family. She’s content. So, when Kane Bad shows up in town to convince her band, Surge, to open for Bad Intentions upcoming tour, she’s reluctant. She’s the only one in the band who feels that way and, understanding it’s a life-changing opportunity for her bandmates, she caves. The last thing she covets is a spotlight like that, but, as its her way, she’ll sacrifice her own wants to help the others. Kane Bad knew he was going to face some challenges when he took over as manager for his brother’s world famous band, but when family needs you, you step up. Now he sees himself in this small town, with his rental car broken down by the side of the road and having to convince a very reluctant Sable that this is the opportunity of a lifetime. He wasn’t expecting to be immediately drawn to the beautiful, stubborn auto-mechanic turned rocker but he can’t get her out of his head.Being on the road together not only exacerbates the insane chemistry between them but makes it impossible to resist it. They think it’s a fling... they are wrong. I had been waiting for Sable’s story for a while and Melissa didn’t disappoint! It’s a billionaire/rocker romance but with the Melissa touch that I love so much. Sable isn’t attracted to fame or fortune. Kane doesn’t know what to do with these feelings he never had before. Both of them have gone through traumatic experiences and their souls are so alike that they can’t avoid gravitating to each other. I love how the story progresses, with us being privy to how tense and overwhelming fame and life on the road can be.Sable and Kane are fire AND swoon. Perfect! As always. Ah, no third act nonsense either. YES!

Gets better as it goes along.......
(Received an ARC.....voluntarily reviewing)Admittedly, it was a little hard to get into this book at first. Sable's personality was so entirely different than mine that it was hard to relate to her. Also, I didn't think that pushing her to be famous and go on the road was such a good idea.Thankfully, all these things are explained. You learn that there's a reason why Sable is the way she is. (It didn't make her any more relatable to me, but I got why.) Plus, the book doesn't paint her going on the road with her band as a good thing (despite her family sort of her forcing her to do so), which I also appreciated. The book also touches on a few harsh truths about fame, public relations, and backstage romances, which I really appreciated. At first her and Kane's romance kind of gets lost in the shuffle of the plot band touring and all of the sudden fame, but the more scenes the two of them have alone together (as well as some cute late night phone calls), the more you'll find yourself rooting for them.

Amazing Love Story!!
Hands down this book is laugh out loud funny, scorching hot and down right dirty!!! I could not get enough!! Sable's book was a most anticipated book because we all wanted to see this bad ass chick find her match!! Not only did she find him but the chemistry and hotness and dirty talk was off the charts!! You finally see all sides of Sable and how she really is a marshmallow but very loyal with her friends and family!! Kane Bad is as fierce and loyal as they come and the two make a perfect match!! Grab this book and be aware the hot level is off the charts so be prepared to swoon!! Kane is definitely on the top of my favourite book boyfriends!!

Two peas in a pod!!!
I’ve said it before, I’m not a huge fan of Billionaire Romance stories, BUT there is a tiny handful of authors who write this trope that I will read without hesitation…. Melissa Foster is up there in the top 2 of these authors!!!!Sable & Kane’s first meeting was entertaining. I knew at that point that I was gonna love her but I wasn’t entirely sure I was gonna feel the same about him. I really should know better by now though; Melissa always writes MMCs that I end up loving. I adored Sable’s snark and in all honesty, Kane’s arrogance didn’t annoy me like I thought it might. This pair were definitely two peas in a pod. Emotional walls higher than Mount Everest, both avoiding relationships and commitment but they’re all in when it comes to their family and friends who were important to them! Their stubbornness to not get involved or attached then their hesitation to admit their feelings when they were falling had my heart going out to them and made me like them even more…. especially when the reasons behind their emotional lockdowns were revealed. The one thing that I couldn’t quite get on board with for a bit was BDK, especially Kane calling himself ‘Big Daddy’… but the story of the origins of the name won me over.I loved seeing this pair fall. Reading about them finding out more about each other, realising they were nothing like they initially thought, then seeing them grow together as a couple while dealing with the difficulties and concerns they faced was awesome. There was so much emotion, some heartache, heat that was OFF THE CHARTS, surprising sweetness at how determined Kane was to take care of Sable and no third act break-up (which always makes my heart happy!!) as well as loads of interactions and great banter with family and friends. The angst Sable faced was just enough - and entirely understandable - and how Kane supported her throughout was fab.Can I just say grand gestures!!!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻I would honestly read a shopping list if Melissa wrote it, I just adore her books, characters and worlds.I’m so looking forward to more from Ms Foster and cannot wait to find out what’s going on with Kane’s sister, Aria. This is definitely on my reread list and a solid 5 🌟 recommended read.

The billionaire and the singing mechanic will capture your heart

He’s also the type of alpha man that under normal circumstances would be her ideal partner. As they get to know each other Its not long before hate turns to passion between them. Agreeing to do the tour isn’t easy for Sable, especially as Kane is coming with them. With the pressures of being on the road reaching explosive heights will she be in danger of losing not just herself but also her heart? You can’t help but feel for Sable. She’s reluctantly doing the tour for everyone else and at the same time fighting to remain true to herself, With kind, caring, protective Kane supporting her in the background. This story is emotionally charged, passionate and at times set my heart a flutter. Relationship surprise
Kane Had wasn't sure what to think when he went to audition Sable Montgomery 's band Surge, for his brother's band support act. He was doing this as a favour for his brother and his brother's girlfriend. He sure didn't expect the beautiful, sassy and straight shooter that is Sable. These two can't keep their hands off each other and keep their relationship secret so as her band doesn't think she's sleeping with Kane to get the band ahead, she isn't. She hates touring, being away from her family and being the centre of attention. These two are so explosive together that they burn up the pages of this book. It's awesome to finally see Sable finally meet her match and fall in love. Melissa Foster does it again and writes another 5 star book.
