Best purchase a gym goer can get
Coming from a person who never used lifting straps before, this one right here is transforming my pulling session. It has been a while that my back is this sore, probably because i am able to do more reps with more muscle mind connection and completely takes out your wrist and bicep out of the equation when pulling. so glad i bought these.

Good value, does the job
These are good for the price, I am overall happy with them (using them for RDLs with dumbbells). Straps are not the highest quality, but I would expect to pay quite a bit more for better. If looking for something to use once or twice a week I think these are ideal. I use them with weight 23.5 - 25kg per weight and they work well.

Donโt get hooked
Item broke on first use! I donโt recommend. I tried a pull-up and was hit in the head after the hook snapped off the wrist band and struck me. First and last time using this one!!
