Uniquely Designed Stool!
This is a very uniquely designed stool, and I'm really excited to have this. It telescopes with a wide range of adjustable heights, and it packs right down to a relatively thin puck for easy storage. I can easily throw it under a car seat, or just hang it up in a closet using one of the straps. It feels rather sturdy as well. The only thing I would comment about is the fact that this uses springs, and it's easy for debris to get into the chair. While this thing is advertised as an outdoor chair, I'm going to disagree -- you'd want to restrict cleaning to damp wiping the outer surfaces and try not to get water inside of this thing as I'd imagine you wouldn't want the internals rusting -- and drying the internals wouldn't be the best endeavor. So yeah, you can use it outdoors, as long as you're mindful of not using it in a really dirty environment that'll prompt you to needing to wash it, like going to the beaches or something. It's either that, or be completely ok with it being dirty.Personally, I use this as an adjustable stool to prop up my proofing bowl for pizza dough while I have my mini space heater running under my desk in the winter (LOL). I know that's a niche use, but look, a man's gotta proof his dough in the winter. It's also nice to have adjustable height for grooming my dogs. Sometimes they sit up for brushing, and sometimes they like to straight up lay down. Having an adjustable stool is just flat awesome for that purpose. I'm also using it as a footrest / prop for stretching. The only thing I'd caution about is that the bottom isn't grippy, so don't use this as a step stool!

Love the innovativeness behind this product, not sure the makers won’t get sued for it
I love products like this where somebody addresses an age-old problem with a bit of a new idea. So I was pretty quick to order this stool. And opening up the stool and sitting on it was pretty cool. There was perhaps a hint of a wobble in it as I shifted my 175 lbs around, but overall it felt quite solid. But as I played with opening and closing the stool, it kind of dawned on me that whether the stool expanded/collapsed or remained locked in place depended on rotating it quite a small amount. And when you rotated the stool, there were no easy indicators to show you whether the stool was securely locked in place or if it was ready to expand/collapse. The best indicator was the simple act of trying to expand/collapse the stool. If the stool expanded/collapsed and you wanted it locked, then you rotated the stool a small amount in the opposite direction. But the lack of clear indicators along with the small amount of rotation between locked and collapsible couldn’t help but make me think that wear and tear on the stool locking mechanism, or a distracted user, could eventually end up with somebody sitting down on a raised-up stool only to find themselves plummeting down to the ground on top of the collapsed stool.I don’t think this will be a major issue with me, because I will be keeping the stool in my car trunk, and will pull it out infrequently if I am stopped at the side of the road for whatever reason and need something to sit on outside the car. So wear and tear on my stool will be minimal, and also I won’t be using the stool so frequently that I would tend to become distracted/careless.

It is very convenient and good to have.
I like this item for going out into places such as music festivals, amusement parks, or anywhere else you will go for long periods of time on your feet but may not have easy access to a chair. It does hold a lot of weight and it compacts down to the size of a purse which has been a life changer. It even has a strap to hold as a purse which is awesome! I really like having it.Just be sure to check regulations and acceptable items before bringing this into a park or event because some places do not accept these types of chairs since they became popular. It is very innovative though!Hoping this review was a helpful review!

A better go-anywhere chair than camping chairs
This stool/chair is great for festivals, camping, picnics, or anywhere I want to go and have a seat, but don’t want to carry a lawn chair. It is a light plastic material, but it’s very durable to hold me sitting or standing on. They have carrying straps so I can throw it over my shoulder, and it does collapse so I can store it and cary it easily. I might get another to keep in my car as you never really know when you’ll need it!

Didn't know you need, now can't live without
This stool is extremely compact - about the size of a dinner plate, 1"-2" deep, and maybe 2 lbs or less. To keep it closed and/or carry there is a convenient strap, and to open to the needed height you simply twist (there are maybe 5 level options stepped by an inch or so). Once open, this isn't the most comfortable thing to sit on, but the ability to sit at exactly the height you need, wherever you need, and still have it be sturdy and robustly weight bearing - this is one of those gadgets you didn't know you need until you try it and then its a decide once gift.

Actually works!
I was skeptical when I first saw this, but it is as sturdy as the other reviewers say. Collapsed, it is pretty small, only a couple of inches thick and pretty light weight. It's very easy to expand and lock in place and when I sat on it I was surprised at how firm it felt. Collapsing is also just as easy and both can be done in a couple of seconds. Great for camping, large events where an extra chair might be needed, standing in line at stores or events, etc. Just be sure to fully twist it when expanding to make sure everything locks in place, but it does this almost on its own so it seems pretty safe.

Surprisingly Sturdy
I honestly wasn't expecting much when I ordered this as I've been looking at them for a while now and I've seen a lot of reviews of people complaining about the lack of sturdiness. I'm pleasantly surprised because I found the complete opposite to be true. I'm 240lbs and I have no concerns about this stool's ability to hold me. It doesn't budge when I sit down. You can even lock it at different heights if you need to use it for something specific (like working on brakes on your car). Over all, I'm happy with the stool and might actually buy a couple more to keep in the cars.
