acceleration not so great but overall a good scooter
I've had the Xiaomi Mijia since 2019 and I've put more than 2.5k miles on it. This is my main point of comparison.Pros:- Nice, smooth ride. The 10-inch pneumatic tires make all the difference, resulting in a much smoother ride than the Mijia with 8.5-inch honeycomb tires.- As a result, it is a more convenient ride than the Mijia, and it feels safer.- Top speed is decent and it does hit 18mph. However, I've only managed to hit that on completely flat roads. The slightest incline will drop you to a more typical 12-15mph.- The scooter looks bulky, but it is lighter than it looks!Cons:- Quite poor acceleration. It takes 10-15 seconds to hit max speed. In contrast, the Mijia took less than 5 seconds. For reference, I weigh about 160 pounds. In general, that's not necessarily a bad thing, from a safety standpoint, but if you drive in an urban environment where you keep stopping, that slow acceleration takes its toll on total commute time.- The brakes are HARD. It's difficult to bring the scooter to a stop smoothly, without a jerking motion due to really hard brakes. Gotta be very mindful to take it easy on the brakes and start breaking early, or you may fly off, especially if you are riding down a slope.Overall, a decent mid-range scooter.

The whole description is a lie
The scooter is built well, and that is the only positive thing I can say about this company. I purchased the Navee "N30" It allegedly has a 600w motor in it. It doesn't. It's only a 350w. It says 19mph. I maybe got it that fast going down a hill....it will only go about 12mph....and last but certainly not least, it says it will go about 19 miles on a charge. I rode it after a full charge and barely got 6 miles before the battery light was flashing. I would not recommend this company simply because they lied about pretty nuch everything in the description. Smh

Accelerator fell apart after 4 months, no warranty support
We bought this for our 8 year old daughter for Christmas and she enjoyed it. Until the accelerator broke making it unusable. There is no contact info for the company on their seller page, or links to obtain warranty service. $300 down the drain 😡

Extremely well built, frame is very rigid
Well built, has plenty of power to get you down the road. Easy to assemble and use.

Great customer service
Bought N30 scooter. Acceleration was horribly slow. Called the toll-free number and they referred me to send an email. I received an email back that night. With some back-and-forth describing my issue, I was provided a brand new scooter.Frame is much sturdier than my son’s Segway Ninebot. 10 inch pneumatic tires are an amazing difference. Definitely do not get the range specified but overall very happy with the scooter.

Not Worth the Money
At first, I liked this scooter, but I have changed my mind.It is SLOW, and does not hit the advertised mph. It only goes 15mph top speed. It is extremely heavy, and unwieldy. It is way overpriced; you could get a better product from someone else.
