Sharp and accurately ground
Super sharp and every bit as good as a coated Amana bit or Onsrud bit, while being very affordable. I push them as hard as I do domestic bits like Whiteside and Belin, but I have not yet broken one. Just make sure your collet is smooth and does not have any burrs, insert the bit the correct distance for your particular collet design, and torque the collet nut properly. If your CNC router is rigid and you cut with properly aggressive speeds and feeds, you'll get a lot of mileage from them.

great for acrylic
Single flute O flute have become my go to bits for doing acrylic profile cuts. Nothing seems to cut out the piece as cleanly without melting as this type of bit. This bit is quite sharp and has a coating both of which I expect of almost all bits these days. The plastic container is not labeled and the outer package doesn't list the brand. I find both these pieces of information useful and will label it myself in this case.Overall, This is a good value and I recommend this product.Item: EANOSIC Solid Carbide Single Flute End Mill 1/4” Shank, Upcut CNC Spiral Router Bit O Flute Milling Cutter for Aluminum Plastic Acrylic PVC MDF

bits look nice but does NOT work on aluminum - broke on first use
I used this bit on 6061 aluminum, trying to slot with 2mm DOC.While the bit itself is so shiny, it broke without finishing the slotting tool path at all. Inspection shows that aluminum gum has stuck to the bit that it stopped the spindle and then it snapped.Clearly the chemistry between the coating (looks like Nano AlTiN coating or something similar) and aluminum at high temperatures bond them together. These coatings are NOT for aluminum milling. Go get a DLC-coated or uncoated carbide bit instead.
