Rapesco PVDA440L Poly-View Display Book, A4, 40 Pockets, Blue

I keep my collection of ephemera in this kind of binder because they are much smarter than plastic pockets in a ring binder.With a suitable backing card - think magazine or comic backing boards - for rigidity, my collection looks and feels great.

The perfect pack of five popper wallets. These come in 5 colours as shown. Although I like these and give them 5 stars. I'm not keen on the fact they are not great for holding more than 30 sheets of paper. I kept 40 sheets of 4A in one. This dropped to the floor and smashed the side and corners. I've dropped them before with a lot less papers in them. And they have not done this. They are great for storing paperwork in them. And I feel they are great value for money.

Handy to have the transparent spline pocket which enables one to select the correct folder directly off the shelf without disturbing not needed folders. Other more expensive pocket folders do not have this feature.

It has a nice stiff plastic cover to give the contents a bit more rigidity and protection. The label window is kind of 'L' shaped formed from the spine and about an inch and a quarter of the front cover, this makes it easier to slide a paper label in and out (in addition to the obvious advantage of being visible from both front and spine). Mine actually has 44 A4 plastic sleeves, created by joining 2 sets of 11 double sheets to the spine with a plastic weld down the centre. The spine is about an inch deep. Ideal for frequently accessed procedure documents etc.

This has 40 A4 sized pockets, so you can display 80 sides. The thinness of the pockets means that they are slightly fiddly to get open to begin inserting a sheet, but once the edge of the sheet is in it will slide in easily and there is no stickiness between the pocket and the sheet itself.Unlike the flexible softer display books and the rigid hardbacked ones, this in-between kind of book can deform with pressure upon it - indeed it was already slightly out of shape when it arrived. It may be though that once it is filled with 80 sheets the padding thus created on the inside will provide some resistance to deformity - the spine is quite wide and with no sheets in the pockets there is quite a lot of empty space between the covers.Also, unlike the soft, flexible books in which the label can be easily slid out and inverted to write your own label on the back and re-inserted, this is more difficult with this book and the label gets heavily mangled as you try to re-insert it.

Perfect for what I wanted, which was storing my collection of recipe printouts, cuttings and notes. Much more compact than putting Rexels in a looseleaf ring binder, the book sits neatly on my shelf along with my cookery books and has ample room along the spine for labelling. The transparent pockets are sturdy, can be wiped clean if they get spattered in the kitchen and are full A4 size so that two pages can be displayed in each pocket back-to-back.The product would also be ideal for storing things like bills, important documents or for presenting a school project or work-related presentation.

Having tried the 20 pocket version and been impressed by the quality, especially of the binding, I figured I'd give this 40 pocket display book a try as obviously it's less restrictive having double the capacity. Inside the pockets are split into two halves and each half has the same good quality, strong binding, so it's literally just two of the 20 page pockets fixed separately to a wider spine. This is fine for me as I know each section will retain the same strength. Again, it's a simple thing but works well and is very handy for storing documents.

At the price point (£3.49), this is a really good value display book. It has the usual slip-in pockets (note there is no way or adding or subtracting pages). According to the description the pockets will not remove print - a this happens over a period of time, I cannot verify this at this point but the material used to make the pockets seems to be the same as in other presentation folders I have used which have not taken off print. There is space to slide in a file label on the spine but no way to add a customised front cover. It isn't perhaps the smartest presentation book (my business is based around design so I would prefer to use something more stylish for client presentations but for storing ideas in any easy to see format, this is excellent.

le produit n'est pas de très bonne qualité et les feuillets transparents sont trop fins. Mieux vaut investir un peu plus, c'est ce que j'ai fait ensuite. Achat regretté.

Attenzione,contiene 20 buste x 40 fogli e non come sembra da descrizione 40 fogli x 80 fogli....a parte questo disguido il prodotto è ben fatto e di un bel blu, molto leggeri i i fogli interni,speriamo durino nel tempo.

El producto es tal y como se describe. La calidad precio es muy buena, aunque me gustaría que hubiera más colores disponibles. Volvería a comprar el producto.
