Excellent customer service!! I purchased this product back in November of 2022 as a replacement for another tablet. I am a senior (70F) and use the tablet for game playing and reading the news. Great price point. It works well. Lovely screen and fast response time. After a couple of months, I started experiencing battery issues. The battery would drain, even when it was not in use. I emailed their customer service. They responded quickly and we worked on the issue. After trying all their suggestions, it still didn't resolve the issue. They offered to send me a new, replacement tablet. They even sent it before I returned the old one so that I could transfer all the information. Also, they paid for the shipping on the return item. After this experience, I would recommend this seller and product. They stand behind what they sell.

The media could not be loaded.  We love this tablet. It came in a nice sturdy box that includes a case for putting on to the tablet. I bought this to be a family tablet for the kids (movies and school app). Very easy to set up, it only took me few minutes. The screen and graphics are sharp and bright . Processing speed and battery charging are both pretty fast while the battery life lasted for couple days. Camera is decent enough, your phone is probably better. The split screen is a great added bonus option that I really like. If you're looking for a solid 10" tablet at a decent price, this tablet will get the job done. Also if you have a little children I recommend you get a heavy duty or child proof case.

I'd probably invest in a better product next time.

This tablet is perfect for my 7 year old. The travel case and the size of the tablet is perfect for her. However, some of the games already installed she's already too advanced for, and it's a little slow than a normal tablet, but overall she likes it.

Wow! This tablet is fast and responsive. Setup was easy, and I was able to download apps I needed from Google Play. It comes with a case, charging cable (usb c), stylus with ball point pen, screen protector, earbuds. The quality seems good, with the volume and power buttons seem solid. It has a front and rear camera superb. I immediately opened youtube and watched a video. I was shocked to see how Loud it was! I have had a lot of tablets, and most of them are really quiet. This one was loud and is nice for watching videos!! What's more it offers 4gb ram and 128gb rom. It has a memory card slot for micro sd expandable up to 128 gb.Am really excited with my purchase.

Customer service is amazing! My little lightweight tablet stopped working. I wrote jindake/face-tel. Instantly I had an answer, and they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I sent the tablet back, and they credited shipping and sent me a duplicate tablet and accessories. This all took five days. This is simply wonderful service, and the tablet is superior.
