I got these and now want the 12 inch :)my wife and daughters hands are smaller and got them as I thought the 12 might be a bit large and heavy for longer use BUT going to get the 12s I am a kai fanatic nowsmooth oh so smooth on ultralight tech camping fabrics bug net or even marine vinyl ! daughter did fancy prom dress and from all types of fabric just wow smooth you have to smile when you get them and start cutting everything to just smile with how awesome they are !!!!male here 5'11" large hands like wear XL or XXL gloves and the handles are very comfy its a 3 finger in handle the 12 inch look to be full 4 finger handle ?anyway back to these :) the wife much smaller than me finds them super comfy ! I was curious about this when reading the desc on the smaller lighter which is great when you do not want to or need to be using a larger shearyeah I would get them again :)
